The food on-site is delicious, but the service was far from decent. We visited on a weekday at 2 PM and were the only customers. Although the two staff members were busy prepping online orders, they ignored my friend's presence for a good 10-15 minutes after taking my order. My friend eventually gave up trying to get their attention and ordered online instead. They also turned away three students, claiming they were “too busy,” but then served a couple just seconds later. While this is a delivery-focused outlet, this is no way to treat paying customers. Additionally, the food took quite a long time, and my friend had to wait over 20 minutes before following up on her order. To the management, it would be better if adequate manpower is provided. You can check the CCTV and see that your shop is empty, perhaps because customers cannot even place their orders and instead go next door. And to the staff, please be consistent in your service.

Ordered pizza online via the app and paid by credit card. I went to collect it at the time stated on the order. However, the staff said the order was not received. Even when she tried to contact customer service, they didn't reply. I understand it's a public holiday and there will be an influx of orders. But if you can't handle the influx, you should stop taking online orders or limit them. We cannot understand why we order online and the outlet doesn't even receive the order. It's disappointing to get such service from an experienced and established company. And we are not the only customers whose orders weren't received. Secondly, the process of collecting takeaway pizzas is a mess. There are online platform orders, takeaway orders, and even dine-in orders. Everyone is gathering at the small collection door, showing their phones to the staff who are already busy making pizzas and trying their best to cater to frustrated customers and delivery riders who have waited for more than an hour or even two. Please do something about the collection process, especially during busy days. Despite such a mess, the service from the staff is still commendable. They are trying their best to serve customers despite the failed online orders. The company needs to review its processes, otherwise losing such good staff would be a loss to Pizza Hut!

Was around Punggol Safra as I had to wait for the rain to stop. So what better way to go than Pizza Hut at Punggol Safra. Greeted by Mr Norman upon entering, I ordered their Cheeseburger Melts as it's been my favourite since its release. They should make it a fixed menu item! He also recommended I try their latest Sourdough Pizza, so I tried the cheesy spinach. The Cheeseburger Melts were just as satisfying as I remembered—crispy on the outside, packed with juicy, cheesy goodness inside. Definitely a comfort food winner. The Sourdough Pizza was a surprise hit too. The crust had a nice tang and chew, while the cheesy spinach topping was rich but not overwhelming. A great combo of texture and flavour. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Mr Norman made the experience more enjoyable with his genuine recommendations and friendly attitude. Will definitely return again for both the food and the service.

I was assisted by Norman at the counter, who was very friendly, professional, and ensured my order was taken care of smoothly. His warm attitude truly enhanced the positive experience. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. My pizza was served hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—just the way I like it. The crust was perfectly baked, and every bite was full of flavor. I also enjoyed the side dishes, which were just as satisfying. Big thanks to Norman and the rest of the team for the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Mr. Norman, who assisted me, was super friendly too. He even took his time to explain the new Cheesy 7 promotion when I asked him so many questions about it. Kudos for the great service and great food! Will definitely come back again!
