The food on-site is delicious, but the service was far from decent. We visited on a weekday at 2 PM and were the only customers. Although the two staff members were busy prepping online orders, they ignored my friend's presence for a good 10-15 minutes after taking my order. My friend eventually gave up trying to get their attention and ordered online instead. They also turned away three students, claiming they were “too busy,” but then served a couple just seconds later.
While this is a delivery-focused outlet, this is no way to treat paying customers. Additionally, the food took quite a long time, and my friend had to wait over 20 minutes before following up on her order.
To the management, it would be better if adequate manpower is provided. You can check the CCTV and see that your shop is empty, perhaps because customers cannot even place their orders and instead go next door. And to the staff, please be consistent in your service.

Ordered pizza online via the app and paid by credit card. I went to collect it at the time stated on the order. However, the staff said the order was not received. Even when she tried to contact customer service, they didn't reply. I understand it's a public holiday and there will be an influx of orders. But if you can't handle the influx, you should stop taking online orders or limit them. We cannot understand why we order online and the outlet doesn't even receive the order. It's disappointing to get such service from an experienced and established company. And we are not the only customers whose orders weren't received.
Secondly, the process of collecting takeaway pizzas is a mess. There are online platform orders, takeaway orders, and even dine-in orders. Everyone is gathering at the small collection door, showing their phones to the staff who are already busy making pizzas and trying their best to cater to frustrated customers and delivery riders who have waited for more than an hour or even two. Please do something about the collection process, especially during busy days.
Despite such a mess, the service from the staff is still commendable. They are trying their best to serve customers despite the failed online orders. The company needs to review its processes, otherwise losing such good staff would be a loss to Pizza Hut!
