I ordered a pizza for takeaway through Grab, but because my children were hungry, we decided to eat in. To my amazement, when I opened the pizza box, firstly, the pizza was cut off-centre, and secondly, it wasn't cut through. At first, it didn't bother me too much; I just sent it back and asked them to at least cut the pizza thoroughly so I could tear it apart. And guess what? It came back worse. They offered to make a new one, but I told them I didn't have the time to wait and my kids were hungry. Okay, I can tell the kitchen staff is new, and I don't blame him, but the management or whoever is in charge, could you at least train them and check before letting any food out? What are you guys doing?
