The burger was completely cold with overcooked beef and bacon. The drink was full of ice! This is a lousy outlet, no wonder there was no lunch crowd.

Ms. Ash deserved to be recognised! She showed her professionalism and friendliness despite being understaffed during peak hour and dealing with frustrated customers and delivery personnel. However, 1 star is given for: 1. A staff member with limited abilities was standing next to the kiosk but was not helpful when people asked for assistance and instead wandered around the shop doing nothing. Perhaps he should be stationed at the tray return area for his job. 2. After waiting at least 30 minutes, my burger was not served as I customised it. I ordered double toppings for my burger, but it seemed nothing was doubled, and not a tiny bit of onion was visible.

The food delivered was short of the chocolate mousse and Hershey pie. How did the staff pack the order, and they were unavailable for contact to rectify the order. This is a large amount for me.

Ordered the double Angus mushroom Swiss, but it was disappointing. Somehow, it had less flavor than the regular mushroom Swiss. I had to eat it with three packs of chili... Cheese fries were slightly soggy, which is normal. The mango ice cream wasn't bad, with a real slice of frozen mango. However, it was expensive at $3.50 for essentially 1/3 of a mango. Service was quite slow, with about a 15-minute wait. I guess it's because they had many online orders at the same time.

Nice setting for dining in. The food is, as always, yummy and better than some other fast food chains. It's sad that they've stopped the salmon burger. It was a favourite among many of my friends and myself.

Spacious Burger King outlet at Compass One B1. The staff are friendly, and I love coming here every now and then for an affordable quick bite. The portions may be small, but the taste is great! Better than the McDonald's next door :)

I highly recommend this Burger King outlet at Compass One. Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with Bob; his professionalism and customer service were excellent. He multitasks and executes every order so fast! The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Well recommended, and not crowded. It's a great place to dine in, especially after a tiring day at work! Thank you to both the counter and kitchen team!
