I strongly advise everyone who gets takeaway to check your items before you leave. My helper collected the food for us, but there were 2 missing items: the coleslaw and whipped potato. With no avenue to make our complaints, here I am. Get your act together, or you guys will be the next Wendy's.

Hi, I recently ordered a takeaway 2-piece set meal, but I was quite disappointed with the portion size. The chicken pieces were extremely small, as you can see from the photo I've attached. This is not what I expected based on past orders or your usual standards. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure better portion consistency moving forward. Thank you.

This outlet is big with more seats at the inner right side. The tables and floor were not very clean. Service was quite fast. The burger was hot but the fries were cold, and the drink was not very nice. The chili crab mantou burger was quite big; the taste was okay, but not fabulous.

Bought 2 sets of the ghost pepper dunked wings at Compass One on 21/7. Was shocked to see that 4 out of 8 pieces were black, like "chow da" (burnt). I provided feedback via the link on the website on the same day, but there has been no response until now. How can you give customers this type of food quality? So disappointed and upset.

Worst KFC restaurant to go. Don't think there's even a manager working. You can order, but never know when your order will come out. No one is there to ensure orders are going out; so many trays are on the counter, you have to check yourself to collect your order. All the staff just face the kitchen to do the orders, and they'll take turns shouting out the number two to three times, that's it. Good luck if you can hear it.

Delicious chilli mantou zinger. Friendly and helpful staff, who helped a senior customer carry their food to their table. Nice music. Enjoyed having lunch here.

The staff there were really friendly and nice! They were very sociable and the breakfast set was really good. Also got a hot Milo on the house, haha. Thank you aunties for such good service early in the morning!

Haven't had KFC in years and decided to go for weekend breakfast. The wrap used to be much bigger and one was filling, but the size has shrunk by 40%; it was tiny! We had one each and were still hungry. The porridge is still nice, but the portion seems to have shrunk as well. Coffee: they did their best to double bag it, but it still spilled when we got home.
