EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. I waited for over an hour and was served cold food. They gave me the cheesy fries they had prepared and kept in the box for an hour prior. Very poorly managed. They prioritize Foodpanda/Grab riders. If you want to dine in or takeaway, it's better to go somewhere else. This is definitely NOT a fast food place.

What is the point of setting up this outlet when a lot of items are sold out, especially breakfast items! No omelette and no ice cream for months now! Staff are unprofessional. There's a long waiting time and the outlet is forever understaffed. You may wish to consider closing this outlet instead.

This outlet at Fuchun CC doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Their poor customer care involves showing a black face all the time. Customers who wish to make cash payments are pushed to the self-kiosk. Many times, I've seen staff standing and posing at their counter, appearing unhappy to serve customers. Orders take so long to arrive, even when it's not crowded. If you are understaffed, do something about it. I was served by the Manager with a black face and a frown.

We waited 30 minutes to order simply because my friend and I wanted to pay with cash. Please hire more staff. If the restaurant is going to be this busy, then you need more workers. We were told to get 2 burger meals, but only received 1. Very, very unsatisfied with Burger King's performance. We stood there for about 10 minutes, and the staff eventually told us to take a seat and wait for another 15 minutes. The service was poor, and we wanted a single Swiss mushroom burger, but they didn't even have it. This was on 6 May 2022 at 1:50 pm. Please hire more staff or at least inform customers about the expected queue time at the START! You ruined my day.

I visited Burger King at Fuchun CC around 4:45 PM on February 1, 2022 (Chinese New Year Day) for a meal. Several staff members were chatting very loudly at the counter and in the kitchen. There were about seven customers, including my wife and me. We ordered the Ultimate Yuzu Combo for two, hoping the staff's noise would subside later. However, it worsened. The staff, especially those in the kitchen, continued to chat, giggle, and laugh very loudly, even playing loud Malay music, which disturbed the peace of the dining area (ironically, the customers were quiet). The loud noises from the staff filled the entire place. These unbearable noises persisted, and we felt we had no choice but to provide feedback to one of the staff. The staff member acknowledged our complaint without offering an apology. Unfortunately, our feedback was ineffective as they continued to make more noise, even louder this time. One staff member even sarcastically remarked to another, "Don't be so loud!" intentionally to spite us. The food they prepared was also not hot, except for the coffee. Disgusted and wanting to escape the noise, we quickly ate our meal and left around 5:30 PM, not wishing to stay a moment longer. Mind you, this is Burger King, not a roadside stall or a coffeeshop! In my opinion, Burger King should not employ this type of service staff, as they spoil the Burger King name. Therefore, I will not only avoid patronizing this particular noisy Burger King outlet at Fuchun CC but will also share this bad experience with my relatives and friends through word of mouth, especially on the first day of Chinese New Year 2022. I hope the Burger King management will take my feedback constructively and kindly discipline your staff at the Fuchun CC outlet. Pleasantly surprised with the dining experience here yesterday. My onion rings felt cold to the touch (like uncooked cold, not just left out in the aircon cold). I remembered seeing the young chap frying a new batch when I ordered. Thinking they were still uncooked, I went back to the counter and said, “This is still cold,” expecting them to just refry it. The lady who looks like the manager of the branch didn't even doubt or ask further. She took the pack and threw it away, along with the batch on their serving tray. She assured me that she would get me a fresh batch once it was done.
Alas, the young chap came with a pack that was freshly fried.
Service recovery was definitely well done and went above and beyond. However, I hope other patrons who read this please don’t abuse their good service.

It's my first time here and I am impressed! I ordered the Double Mushroom Swiss meal, and it was freshly made. The cheese was placed perfectly on the beef patty, and the mushrooms and sauce were proportionally added. I got cheese fries for sides, and they generously gave a large amount. The fries were crispy and tasted really good with the nacho cheese. Keep up the good work!
