I was thinking about when I had my first Swiss Mushroom burger. Is my memory failing me, or was it really that good back then? Now, it's not as juicy as before. Sad.

There were only three small groups of customers in the stall as of 11:45 AM, and our order had been in the system for 20 minutes before being served. Poor response time.

Ordered at 8:57 PM, but the food was only ready at 9:19 PM. This is quite appalling for a fast-food restaurant to take 22 minutes during a non-peak hour. Worse still, the patty looked so sad. This is not what I remembered of a Tendergrill chicken burger. The saving grace is that it tasted good. However, there were flies flying around.

Worst drink and service attitude! My friend and I each ordered a set meal with hot chocolate. Mine had an additional $1.80 charge for a mocha. Upon receiving our drinks, my friend's was diluted, and I wasn't sure what it was! Mine wasn't mocha at all; it looked like diluted coffee, dark in colour. When we approached the counter staff, they poured away the diluted hot chocolate and remade it using the same cup, but the taste was definitely not hot chocolate. When I told the staff my mocha looked like coffee and not mocha, they insisted it was mocha. When I mentioned that mocha should have some milk colour and not just be black, they simply handed me two packs of creamer. There are no words to describe this kind of service! ♀️ We were in a rush for our lunch break, so we just left it. We used to come here for a quick lunch. Although we knew their service wasn't the best and sometimes very slow, we didn't expect such ridiculous service!

Classic Burger King. NGL, this Burger King is so-so. It's not bad by any means, but it's very normal. I did get bribed with a free ice cream cone to give it a 5-star review, so I'm retroactively editing this. Sorry.

Assistant Manager Ms. Wani is so courteous and helpful, displaying excellent service. She made me feel that I was served beyond the normal service orientation. Bravo!

I love the ham, cheese, fresh vegetables, and salads. The food is freshly prepared with healthy ingredients, showcasing tender, loving, and skillful cooking, complemented by warm service. The spacious lounge offers an upscale, air-conditioned, relaxing atmosphere with greenery and breezy views, away from busy cityscapes.
