The place could be cleaner. The food wasn't as piping hot as at some other outlets, so I have no urge to go back for more. The kentaco was also disappointing; it's so tiny, not enough even for ladies.

I requested no salt for my fries, but the cashier refused, stating that no special orders are allowed as everything is prepared in advance. Can't you go the extra mile like McDonald's? By the way, the fries were overfried and hard. They should have been discarded. I've worked in the F&B industry for years, and KFC definitely has Standard Operating Procedures. This kind of issue should be spotted immediately instead of waiting for customer feedback or complaints.

The staff was not very polite. I asked if I could have two chicken thighs instead and was told it would be one big piece and one small piece. Then, the staff took the big piece out of the box that had been prepared and exchanged it for a smaller piece. After that, I was told she could only exchange the chicken wing for a drumstick. :(

Was here for breakfast. While KFC has never been known for its breakfast options, the experience was regrettably sub-par. My special order turned out wrong, and the food portion was minuscule (compared to rival fast food), making the price so not worth what you are getting. Drinks were so diluted they tasted like flavored water (yes, even with no ice added). The redeeming qualities include: crispy hash browns, attentive service crews, and a clean, bright space. This review is for the breakfast experience only.

A regular KFC outlet, it's pretty clean and the SMM (Service, Staff, Management) is good. They have good deals and the shaker fries are nice.

Enjoyed the good customer service at this outlet in JEM. The tables were also clean, and it's a peaceful environment to have a quick meal and chat with friends.

Loved the newly renovated space. The automated machine allows people to pay by card quicker. However, refills are not available, perhaps you could look into that. The Mega Zinger burger was a bit too much for me. It had red onions inside with very little sauce. Really?

This place offers hot food and fast service. The gravy is amazing, and the chicken is the best. The steak chicken meal is excellent, and for the price, it cannot be beaten. The potato bowl is a great addition to a meal here.
