They made me wait ten minutes before they finally took my order, despite the workers just walking around aimlessly and not attending to customers. I can't believe it, as it wasn't even crowded. Furthermore, the people here don't even know how to return their trays. Two guys, one in a white and black suit, took a tray and, being careless, decided to place the rubbish on another table. It sucks. I do not recommend coming here.

On April 27, 2025, a Sunday, I placed an order around 6:30 PM with table service. We waited for a very long time, and then I realized we had waited 30 minutes for just three sets of meals. I went to the counter to ask them to double-check my order, and was brushed off by a manager. She didn't even bother to check my order and ignored me while I was still talking to her. The next time I went again was already 45 minutes, I double-checked again and was almost brushed off again. Then I told them I had waited for 45 minutes, and in the end, my order was somehow missed. The staff who delivered our meal to our table also ignored us when my wife commented about the long waiting time. Please triple-train your staff, especially your manager working at the above-stated timing. Their definition of service was very 'unique' and showed no apologetic behavior at all. It was a very unique experience. I would have given 5 stars (negative, I mean ☹️).

Got my family breakfast with one coffee missing and no butter for the hotcakes. I had to go downstairs through the crowd to get my butter and coffee. Yet the hotcake wasn't even hot, which is unacceptable based on my other experiences.
One time, the Peach McFizz ran out when I wanted to use a deal, which was ridiculous. They should have let users know before checkout.
Despite all the bad reviews, I still find this McDonald's better than the Jurong Point outlet, which is noisier and more crowded.
Service is slow, especially during lunch and dinner times. However, the auntie workers are very attentive. One even told me if I had to return the tray and helped me return it while I was still enjoying my drink and watching my tablet. But overall, the service can sometimes be very bad.
I like it here because the atmosphere is nice for studying during tea time, although Jurong Regional Library nearby is better.
The only complaint I have is with the McDonald's app, not the outlet itself. Their mobile app is not user-friendly at all; I can't turn off ads in the settings or choose a favorite outlet.
Sometimes, it's already 12 PM, and I've waited until 12:05 PM, but some deals are still locked.
I extremely dislike not being able to know how much time my points have left to expire, and there's no points refund when the outlet doesn't have an item available, but I had the option to redeem it after knowing it was unavailable? Ridiculous.

We went to the counter to check, and only then did we get our food, but without any cutlery or tissues. When I went to ask for the cutlery, a staff member said, "Yeah, because you rushed me." We didn't rush him; we just wanted to check on our order.
