On Good Friday, we ordered at 11:30 am and waited 40 minutes for our "fast food." There was only one person in the kitchen and one person serving. I feel bad for them, but what is the management doing???

A disgusting and unhygienic place. Food and wrappers were all over the floor, and the staff seemed unbothered to clear them. Tables with leftover food were not cleared or cleaned. The wall-hung sanitizer dispenser was empty, so we couldn't clean the dirty tabletops. This gives this burger chain a bad name.

Come here if you enjoy wasting time waiting for food. We waited for over an hour and still no food. Only one staff member at the front trying to manage everything. The self-kiosk machine has only one working unit left. I've read other reviews stating this is a consistent issue. (Perhaps it's intentional to slow down orders by making customers queue up instead!) Even the staff seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. One front staff member, endless orders. He was clearly stressed. The food was served cold, as expected, since it had likely been waiting for a long time to be served.

BK, this is really getting a little too much. The Salted Calamari Sprite, which costs $3.80, has so little Sprite and so much ice. The way I see it, there are less than 500ml of Sprite in it. I feel cheated.

Monday PH, 14:30 pm. Ordered 1 meal and waited for about 25 minutes. The chicken fries were not warm at all. Why can't the team be larger here?

The fish burgers were surprisingly succulent, and my children praised them as the best they had ever tasted. I also loved that there were power points to charge our phones and laptops. It's a cooling and nice place nestled in East Coast Park to enjoy a good meal. The crew was very courteous

Burger King at East Coast Park. Visited on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick.

Visited BK East Coast beach on a weekend night. The outlet had only 2 staff for a peak weekend evening service! I waited 30 minutes for my takeaway. Not very pleased. However, David, the manager on duty that evening, was all hands on deck. Excellent service from David. He was calm and collected, and still very polite despite the many dozens of orders on screen and the frustrating wait for our orders to be ready. Kudos to David and his other staff for manning the outlet very well. Anyways, BK Whoppers are always juicy.

It was my first time at East Coast BK, and I wanted something sweet and chill. I had the Hershey's pie, mousse ice cream, and iced lemon tea (the mousse ice cream was my favorite!!). The staff understood what I wanted, and the service was great. I'll definitely go again!

A nice and cozy place for a quiet dinner. The food quality is good. Just be patient with the staff as they prepare; they are a little short-handed but have a good attitude.
