Visited 3 times in 2 months and got orders wrong on 2 out of 3 occasions. The first time, an egg prata was missed and a normal prata was given instead. The second time (just recently on 02-Oct-21), I ordered 3 cheese, 3 onion, 3 plain, and 1 egg, but only received 2 plain instead of 3. The place was not crowded at all, which makes this inexcusable. Another really annoying thing is your order-taking staff. I stood in the queue waiting. The staff looked up and said "Yes?". I started reading out the order slowly, and he looked up again and said "Hold on". If he wasn't ready, why say "Yes"? He should have said, "Just hold on for a minute, I will be with you soon." I didn't say I couldn't wait. This happened on 3 out of 3 occasions. Seriously, if you want to survive and grow, you better improve fast.

Poor service. Very long waiting time. They open at 8 am, and I was here at 8:20 am. After ordering, I was told there were no cups for drinks, so they used curry bowls instead. Then, there were no utensils. Seriously, you can't make this up. It was really embarrassing.

Visit date: 24 Sept 2021, Friday, 8:32 PM Order: Takeaway - Chicken Tikka, Mango Lassi (medium size, though it looked like the smallest cup). This is my first visit after living in the East Coast area for half a year. As I'm addicted to tandoori and chicken tikka, I decided to try this shop after observing it from afar for many months. I wasn't sure if it was halal, being Muslim (a thought I had last time). Good news, I was told it is halal and saw the Muis logo/cert on the wall. Anyway, my first impression of the person sitting at the door as reception, who was checking our TraceTogether apps, was not good. I didn't like his attitude. His face was not welcoming at all. We are customers, not poor people coming to borrow money from you. So please, next time, don't make that face. Show a welcoming face, and we'll be happy to promote your place among our friends. Overall, the food is good. The packaging is all done well. The presentation and area decor are nice and modern. Only the staff at the door should receive courtesy training. However, the staff member at the counter wearing a black long-sleeved shirt was very courteous, had a smiling face, and was professional. He was great!

I think they're confused with naming their place. It's more of an express concept rather than signature. The food is okay but very limited, as are the drinks.

Friendly staff with smiling faces. Recommend the prata shop nearby East Coast Park.
