Customer service really needs to be improved. Half the time, I see the staff chatting amongst themselves and they are generally just not welcoming. Service speed is a hit or a miss; at times it's fast, other times it takes a while to get your order. While the burgers are well prepared, the onion rings are almost always slightly burnt. I used to love their onion rings, what a shame.

SUPER SLOW SERVICE!!!! Ordered via Grab, waited almost 2 hours for my food to arrive!!!! I have a son and a husband to feed. Waited until all of us fell asleep!!!! Terrible service. Cannot even cancel the orders because the Grab app kept showing “kitchen is preparing orders”…!!!! Never gonna order again from BK…!!! Every outlet also has slow service!!!!

I have to agree with the many reviews posted. A waiting time of 15 minutes or more is not uncommon. This has happened more than three times for sure over the past 1-2 years.
Also, the operation of the outlet should be reviewed, as other reviewers have mentioned it too. I can even take the time to write this review while waiting with the rest of the crowd.
Management who are not working on the ground should spend time there unannounced. You will likely experience the same situation, especially during lunchtime.
I hope management takes our feedback seriously. Thanks.

The food portions are ample. I loved the Biscoff dessert and salad. However, the long chicken sandwich was too dry; I regretted ordering it and should have stuck to my usual tender grilled chicken. Additionally, the $4 discount voucher can only be used on the next visit with a minimum $18 bill, and it must be claimed with an order made at the counter. As it happened, the counter wasn't manned this afternoon, with staff too busy with the kiosk and online orders. So, I'd call that a triple whammy. To be fair, while the staff were curt when busy, they were better after the peak hour.
