What quality of meat is this? It's more fat than real meat. What happened to Japanese quality?? The service staff listened to our feedback, but management doesn't seem to care. Please don't be cheap about this! And what is this brown design now?

Been here almost every Sunday for lunch since 2023. The food is decent. However, the company made a change in 2024 where only one person handles everything: the cook, the server, the dishwasher, and so on. With only one person manning the shop, we could always hear dishes and cookware being thrown around loudly without any regard. The atmosphere and service have turned from bad to worse. To the unhappy dude, get another job.

Decent food and service. However, there were too many flies swarming the food and faces while dining. It was difficult to have a peaceful meal. Hope something can be done about this.

Rejoice! That's the unanimous sentiment our little family felt upon hearing that Yoshinoya, the original chain akin to Japanese fast food here, conveniently found in many locations, is now wonderfully halal. We couldn't wait to finally tuck into what we've always wanted to try, so easily available and, from what we could see, affordably priced too. When we learned there was one nearby, we knew it called for a quick drive for makan. There's no need to go over the different types of classic Japanese staples on the menu, as I've listed a snapshot of the receipt with descriptions of what we ordered and ate. Suffice it to say, there are preferred choices for each of us, and plenty more. We were so excited and focused on the personalized combinations to choose from – they have many mains with attractive add-ons, a good selection of drinks, and tempting desserts to please everyone. From their convenient kiosk for ordering, we didn't realize we were holding up another party behind us, but the helpful staff directed them to order from the counter instead. How wonderful the service from the helpful, efficient staff was! I decided to try their don and opted for the special Double Beef Negitama Gyudon, as my baby girl pointed out that it has diced spring onion, which she knew her dad would favour. I couldn't resist having an extra Onsen egg. And since I could complete it with a value-for-money set with an Udders mango sorbet, it was pretty much a done deal. My tired son, after his full shift of internship serving, perked up and promptly ordered his favourite ramen, while his mom opted for the Shoyu beef one. My daughter wanted to try their curry rice as she saw it had cheese, and I told her to go for the slice of American cheesecake since the Japanese milky rich style I know she'd like. To put it simply, we were not only satisfied with the authentic food but were all delighted with our choices. Being Asian and local, we of course sampled each other's choices, so in one sitting, we have now tried all their main fares. And again, unanimously, with happy bellies, we all agreed that we've just got another family go-to favourite that makes it so convenient for us. Thank you, Yoshinoya. We heart you.

It has been a while since we were last here, and it's nice to see that the employee has been working here for so many years. It was an excellent experience to see the gentleman behind the counter running a one-man show, from serving customers and cooking to cleaning tables and washing dishes, among many other tasks. Shout out to him!

The menu at this Yoshinoya branch is different. I prefer this menu more than the previous one as there is more variety and the food presentation is also neater and more appetizing. The drink bar is also unique. There are more choices, and they are classified into different categories like low calories, fruit-flavored drinks, etc., which helps consumers make better choices.

I like this quiet store. Because it has low human traffic, the food is prepared and presented better. The decor of this place is nice too. Nowadays, they've done away with the outside dining area, which is a good thing. That area was usually occupied by teenagers who didn't pay and just sat there. A good place to have a hot meal and move on.

This is a small but cosy Yoshinoya outlet. It plays upbeat Japanese pop music and has comfortable tables and chairs. It serves a good variety of Japanese food, from rice bowls and Japanese curry to ramen. Food comes in different serving sizes: small, regular, and large. The place was not crowded when I visited (weekday around 8pm) and had plenty of seats available. Service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long for my dinner. Recommended for people who want a quick bite. The outlet is located on the Ground Floor of Loyang Point Mall. The mall has ample rooftop parking.
