Really weird experience. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my kiosk order, while the kitchen was constantly churning out GrabFood/FoodPanda orders. It's hard to believe these orders are all getting different burgers than the one I ordered. Is BK giving priority to GrabFood/FoodPanda?

A Malay female manager wearing a headscarf and a tall Chinese female staff member did not allow me to claim my free drink after completing the receipt survey. They stated it could only be claimed at the same store for which the purchase was made on the receipt, which was never mentioned in the terms and conditions. The survey was completed for receipt order 3014 from the Woodgrove outlet. The Marsiling Mall manager was rude and insisted I couldn't claim it, but eventually gave me the drink. However, instead of taking the 3014 (Woodgrove) receipt, for which I completed the survey, she took my 3021 (Marsiling Mall) receipt, dated July 20th, which had no survey done. I suspect she might manipulate that survey for her store's benefit. This is also double standards, as she herself honoured my previous claim last month without any hesitation. You should really educate your staff to read the terms and conditions as they are presented, without adding their own specifics.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your store between August 15 and 25, 2025 (around midnight). A middle-aged female staff member, Wendy, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was screaming at a young man, possibly her son, who appeared intoxicated or zombie-like, demanding that he use money she gave him to pay for his food. The entire incident was ridiculous and disruptive.
Additionally, the power outlets in the store are not working, which is an issue for me as I used to frequent this location to study and eat. The combination of rude staff and non-functioning amenities has unfortunately made me decide to take my study elsewhere.
Also, the food always turns out cold, as if it's been left there for ages.
I recommend that management review the security footage from the August midnight period to address the staff member's behavior. I will not be returning to this location unless the plugs are restored with power and service tightens up.
By the way, Ms. Wendy has been asking new customers to submit a review in exchange for a free cup of ice cream. So, the reviews you see might be mostly biased.
