This is one of the worst Burger King outlets I have ever visited. On weekends, it was so crowded, and with a birthday party going on, the number of available seats was significantly reduced. Furthermore, the children were making a terrible ruckus, running around the restaurant and screaming loudly. I even opened a decibel app, and it recorded over 100db, which is simply unacceptable. Imagine having to tolerate such noise; it's not a good atmosphere at all.
I ordered the turkey-bacon burger and was shocked by its quality. It was cold, unappetizing, and the burger was even smaller than a Filet-O-Fish we bought as well. The wait was so long, and the order was incorrect, with missing fries and wrong items. Even so, the staff/manager did not apologize and were not friendly at all.
Overall, I had a poor dining experience at this outlet. I would advise against going there during weekends.

We usually order Grab delivery from this outlet because the food is nicer than other outlets, but the packaging is terrible. Food would either come with squashed packaging or spillage consistently. At first, we thought it was the delivery, but it has been consistent. This time around, the Coke also had no fizz at all, just tasted like sugar water, and the kitchen took a really long time to prepare our food; I had almost waited for an hour for them to finish preparing. Now we're convinced that it's the outlet. You have lost a regular customer.

This SAFRA, which seems quite new and possibly opened in 2023, has one of the nicest Burger King outlets. It is spacious and even has a separate function room for holding private events. I was there for a fifty cents SAFRA SEP 2024 redemption of a Long Chicken burger. I haven't eaten it yet as the food is still in my fridge.
My reduced stars were due to the outlet not manning its phone. I obtained the number from the website, and no one answered. I called once at night and again in the morning before I went down.
I wanted to find out what time the Long Chicken burger would be available. I was also unsure if the main menu would be available during breakfast hours. This information was not available on the Burger King Singapore website, and the fifty cents voucher didn't specify it either. Hence, my reduced stars are both feedback for the outlet and for the Burger King Singapore brand.

We had a birthday celebration here for our son. We chose this branch because it wasn't crowded, allowing us to have some private time and space with our friends. The staff were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. Before the celebration, the staff provided kid meal options for us to book, which saved time compared to asking individually on the actual day. There were more meal options available than at Mxx. The celebration lasted for 2 hours and included fun activities and a photo-taking session where they printed photos for every child, which really surprised us! They also gave the birthday boy a present, and every child received a goodie bag. Thank you very much for hosting the celebration and engaging the kids. They had a fantastic party there.
