The staff here are not very friendly. I went to the counter to order, as Safra members get 15% off, but the staff member (male) wasn’t very approachable or welcoming. I understand staff are busy, but a simple 'give me a minute' would have been nice. This isn't my first time here, and every time I've visited, most staff I've encountered have had a similar attitude. I also ordered an ice Milo (top-up 80 cents) but wasn't given a full cup. The food overall was good.

On a Sunday afternoon, there was no traffic in the restaurant and it was barely filled, yet 90% of the tables were disgustingly dirty. There were leftover spilled chili, and some tables had visible food crumbs. One staff member was chilling in the back playing with their phone (probably on break), while another was manning operations solo in the kitchen.
We ordered 3 sides and 1 meal, and it took more than 10 minutes for the order to be ready, even though we were dining in and there were no other customers before or after us.
You might as well close shop; it's not worth preparing food at this point. The atmosphere is ghastly, with no music playing. I regret bringing my kids here for a simple meal.

Bloody expensive. I don't mind paying a higher price, but it should at least be worth it. The food overall was mediocre. The worst part was the spoiled mac and cheese, which tasted really rotten. The burger bun was also very old. Additionally, the chicken tenders were super hard, looking like they were fried many times.

We actually hesitated before heading to this CCK outlet because of all the bad reviews we saw. But to our surprise, the food was really good!
We waited for 40 minutes, which was quite long, but the staff were really nice, and it was a Saturday night, so it's understandable.
- The chicken was really tender and juicy. It came piping hot, and I had two decent-sized portions. ✨
- The honey biscuit was WOW... so warm, buttery, and delicious.
Hopefully, more staff can be hired for this outlet so they can better manage the crowd. We will be back again!
