I've been waiting for 30 minutes, and my order is nowhere near ready to be served. Just spare yourself more time when buying from this outlet. I'm sure the day I revisit this place will never come.
Update #1: After 35 minutes, the food was finally ready. I grudgingly took the takeaways, at least I got the food, right? Nope, they missed an item from my receipt, which I only realized when I got home. I asked the staff if everything was included when they called my number, and she said yes. Feels like a scam.

Terrible service. I ordered online for takeaway, so I expected my order to be ready when I arrived. I understand if there were a lot of people, but most tables were empty. Then, when I got home, I was shocked to find that I was short 4 pieces of chicken that I had paid for. I called the outlet several times, but no one answered. I understand if it was only one piece missing, but four pieces! We are a family of nine. I won't buy from this outlet again.

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were also excellent, with a great selection of cocktails and wines.
Service was top-notch – our server Mr. Low was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Everything arrived promptly and with a smile.
