Seriously, your service really sucks. I ordered online for dine-in, but there was confusion with my order delivery and some items were missed. The manager seems very inexperienced.

First time trying out Texas Chicken. The original chicken, drum and thigh, is really quite good. Crispy but dry, not oily at all, and the meat is tender and juicy. Just wished that it's bigger in size. The chicken bolognese pasta was bad. It wasn't even warm at room temperature, the sauce was pathetic and felt like 7-11 instant pasta that was microwaved an hour ago. Maybe I should just stick to chicken and fries.

Rude staff showing attitude. Just this afternoon around 2:30 PM, I decided to try Texas Chicken for the first time and received a bad attitude from your staff at Causeway Point. Firstly, I brought my own drink in, even though I had purchased a set with a drink and I didn't like it. Your staff shouted at me that I couldn't bring my drink in and couldn't place it on the table either. Thus, I placed it on the chair, and guess what? She said I couldn't put it on the chair and should leave it on the floor instead. On the floor? Seriously? Is that what your staff is taught during food hygiene certification? And that's not all. She was happily talking with other secondary school boys, but when she turned around and saw me, she reprimanded me for bringing my drink, loudly in the crowd. She could have approached me personally and spoken softly to me, but she didn't. From this, she gave me the feeling that she is biased towards guys, liking guys more than girls. So, please put up a signage if you don't want customers to bring outside food in, and TRAIN YOUR STAFF in customer service properly. Otherwise, who would want to enter Texas Chicken again after this bad experience? Please provide a reply on your follow-up actions regarding the staff.

The chicken served at Texas seemed shrunken. The new Garlic Chili Lime chicken was disappointing. As seen, it's only powder sprinkled on top of the chicken. This is unlike the previous Hebi Hiam and other flavors they've done before. This garlic chicken probably uses the original recipe and adds its own flavor powder. The price point is not worth it for the flavor.

Waited 40 minutes for a dine-in order to be served, with many customers also awaiting both dine-in and takeout. Grab, Foodpanda & Deliveroo drivers were also waiting, and the staff couldn’t pause the constant flow of incoming orders. Extremely understaffed with just 2-3 cooks on the line. The food is good, but strongly NOT recommended to visit unless you’re willing to wait at least 30 minutes for your food. This review will remain here until Texas Chicken management changes the store’s SOP on dealing with a huge influx of orders.
