Seriously, your service really sucks. I ordered online for dine-in, but there was confusion with my order delivery and some items were missed. The manager seems very inexperienced.

Ordered through GrabFood. Received the burger, chicken piece, and fries. They were okay. However, the popcorn chicken was completely spoiled and tasted terrible. I don't know how they cooked spoiled meat.

I'm very unhappy with you guys for giving me breast meat in my $24 GrabFood order, which clearly showed a drumstick and a wrap. No other fried chicken fast food chain would do that. I could understand if I had ordered more than two pieces of chicken, but I only ordered one and I expected a drumstick because some people do not eat breast meat.

The friend chicken was good. I tried the popcorn and wouldn't even give it one star. The cold drink was good with some different flavors. Service was good as well.

I ordered 2 PC Chicken & Pasta for takeaway. I specifically asked for Original Drumsticks, double-checking with the cashier that it was for children, so it had to be original. She acknowledged this, but I ended up with Spicy Drumsticks.

A decent place that serves good-tasting fried food. FOOD + Fried chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. I probably won't order the spicy flavour again as it was too much for me. Others may fancy it, though. Personal preference, really. + Fries. Loved the thick-cut fries which were cooked just right. Crispy. + Biscuit. A must-order. Fluffy on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside. SERVICE + No complaints here. Staff was prompt in wiping the tables. ATMOSPHERE + Nice and clean. Unlike some fast-food outlets which can be a war zone at times.

Texas Chicken at Seletar Mall is my ultimate go-to spot for a chicken fix. The chicken here is marinated to perfection, bursting with flavors that show the dedication they put into their craft. I must commend the lady manager who remained patient and composed even during a rush of orders from both delivery companies and walk-in customers. Her excellent service included attentively addressing my demanding requests, which she executed flawlessly. Kudos to the team for their hard work and dedication!

It can get crowded sometimes, and my order took almost 30 minutes. For fast food, I usually expect to be done in about 10 minutes. Early morning was fine, though. No one was there yet. The fried chicken was tasty and crispy, but a bit too dry. The drink options weren't really my preference; I don't particularly like sjora or any soda.

Good food in general, but the soy garlic chicken fell short of expectations. The taste was bland and not as flavourful as usual Korean fried chicken. The remaining food was good. The restaurant is clean and spacious.
