The worker ignored us as if we didn't exist. We waited at the cashier for 20 minutes. When we asked if we could order, the worker looked at me and continued walking. A fantastic place to go if you want to be ignored. It wasn't even that busy; the place was basically empty and we were the only ones queuing. It ruined my night.

First time dining at Texas Chicken. Tried their Golden Cereal Popcorn chicken combo and was utterly disappointed. It was cold and stale. The chicken was so hard to bite, not crunchy at all. The biscuit was cold too. Only the mashed potato was hot. Popeyes was crowded, so I gave Texas a go... big mistake. Never dining here again, lol.

Despite waiting for a while, the staff failed to press the queue number button and handed over my order without verifying it properly. Upon reaching home, I discovered that the chicken burger was missing from the order. Lesson learned — I regret trusting that the order was complete. For anyone visiting, I strongly advise checking your items at the counter before leaving.

Dear Texas Chicken (Century Square), I would like to share my recent experiences with you, as the past two orders have been quite disappointing. I ordered a Spicy Texas Chicken Burger, Regular French Fries, Popcorn Chicken, and a Pepsi. Here are my concerns: 1. Spicy Texas Chicken Burger – The chicken patty was already broken on the top before I even started eating. On top of that, the onions were missing. From my understanding, onions are a standard ingredient in the Spicy Texas Burger, so this was quite disappointing. 2. French Fries – Honestly, these were the poorest fries I’ve ever had. They seemed to be from an old batch, neither crispy nor soft, but instead hard and not served warm. 3. Popcorn Chicken – The product looked completely different from what is shown on your Grab menu. The taste was also very poor, nowhere near the standard I expect from Texas Chicken. 4. Pepsi – This was as expected, no issues.

I recently ordered take-out from here and it was exactly what I expected. The soy chicken was definitely my favourite, and I'd recommend it over the spicy option. My only minor issue was that the chili sauce was a bit different from what I requested, but overall, the food was good.

Tried the new Texas Seoul Chicken at Texas Chicken Century Square and WOW—crispy, juicy, and that sweet-spicy Korean glaze is seriously addictive! I perfectly paired it with their cheesy fries—creamy, golden, and the ultimate comfort snack. If you’re craving a flavour bomb, this one’s a must-try! Special thanks to Elen; she was super nice and attentive to our needs. You can see that she loves her work so much.

The chicken was nicely fried and still hot when delivered! The tenders were moist, not hard. The breakfast muffin tasted rather healthy compared to McDonald's. However, it's still a nice muffin burger because it's not crazily oily. Just right!
