The staff, one tall Chinese guy, was super rude and acted like he owned the shop! He only called the order number once, and I didn't realize. After that, he could have called again if he wanted, but he simply pressed the bell many times as if I were a dog! Like, dude, I'm a paying customer, treat me nicely!!!!

Ultimate Angus Classic BBQ value meal ($11.90 + $2 for 2 American cheese slices) - The quality wasn’t great. The beef patty lacked any grilled flavour. The service was very slow, despite only a few people operating the restaurant.

Amidst the lunch rush, the team at Burger King Kallang stood out—not with noise or flair, but with quiet strength and seamless teamwork. A team of three gentlemen (that I saw) ran the floor with remarkable poise. At the front counter, the team leader exuded a calm confidence that set the tone for the whole outlet. The team moved with a rhythm that was almost graceful—strong, silent, and steady. There was no fluster, no raised voices—just smooth, unspoken coordination. Too often, service crew like them go unnoticed, their contributions overshadowed. To the team at Burger King Kallang Leisure Park—thank you for reminding me that true excellence doesn’t need to shout. Sometimes, it simply shows up, stays steady, and gets the job done.

Dropped by for a late dinner and ordered the new Portobello Mushroom Angus Beef Burger. It was quite good. The mushroom was juicy and the beef patty was nice. The onion rings (sorry, half eaten) were good too. Overall, a nice meal at a quiet outlet. I would order something else next time as the new burger is quite expensive; the set cost around $10.

One of my favourite places to stop by before work. Fast service. Only during peak hours is service a bit slow, but it's okay. The food was nice and always superb every time.

Ordered 2 sets of the Classic Ultimate Angus BBQ Value Meal with a Taro pie. The burgers were excellent and served hot! They came with a nice big leaf of fresh vegetable and tomatoes. We also brought some of our own. A hot beef patty is a first for us at a fast food restaurant! Well done, BK TEAM at Kallang Leisure Park! All other items were also on point. Crispy, fresh fries and onion rings. The environment was nice and comfortable, too. Going forward, this outlet will be our go-to BK joint. Cheers!
