Very long wait of more than 20 minutes, although there were only 10 orders ahead of mine. The food served was simply awful - the cheese fries were all soggy and cold, and the Long Chicken burger was cold and plain (my burger was supposed to have no lettuce with added mayo). Utterly disappointed as I haven't eaten at BK for a while; I expected the standard to be better! The only food that wasn't too bad was the Taro pie, which was warm. I would have turned back to exchange it if I wasn't in a rush!

I bought a meal for $16.10 and was initially served by a staff member who seemed tomboyish. I was then passed over to another Chinese man who was unaware of my order. I was given a chilli sauce packet that was not hygienic, with dirt all over the packaging. I returned the chilli sauce to the Chinese staff member, as this was really unhygienic. He also failed to acknowledge my other order of Hershey's, which was marked as 'take away' even though I was dining in. Their service was really bad; I received a very dirty chilli sauce and experienced poor customer service with a complete lack of teamwork.

While it's convenient, their food servings are not consistent. I ordered the mushroom swiss omelette platter for takeaway, and when I got home and opened it, there were no mushrooms?! Did the staff eat them? Even the ham, which used to be 3 pieces, is now only 2 pieces????? Confused.

We have visited several times and usually choose to take away our food. The Whopper is always our top choice. However, the Whopper Chicken we ate was given only one slice of thin, tangy pickle. Chilli sauce has to be requested from the staff, as it’s not placed at the counter.

Ordered from the ‘Ultimate burger’ section on the self-order kiosk. The Swiss Angus burger was delicious. The beef tasted tender and premium for fast food standards. I enjoyed it very much! The onion rings were too flat and over-fried. The cheese fries were on point, chunky and crispy on the outside.
I love the whimsical, colorful posters on the wall. They do make the whole place feel more fun and bright.
