The food, particularly breakfast, looked old and not freshly cooked. It wasn't warm at all. I was disappointed with this branch.

Every time I have my dessert or ice cream here, there's a 'weird taste' in the ice cream. Each time, my stomach ends up feeling unwell, even though I finished half a cup. I seriously hope you guys look into this and ensure food freshness and hygiene. However, the restaurant has a cosy setting which is appealing to customers.

My first visit to a Burger King in a couple of years left me disappointed. The Mushroom Swiss was tiny and pathetic, and the portion of fries was measly. For almost $8, I expected something more substantial. I won't be rushing back.

I am rewriting my review because shortly after I provided feedback on their webpage, they immediately reached out to make amendments by offering a replacement. Their service is good, and they reacted quickly. I hope they will provide better quality going forward. Thanks. I order from this outlet daily as I am a vegetarian and always eat the plant burger. However, from time to time, the patty in the burger has come dried up/overcooked and burnt, or has a weird gas odor which makes it unconsumable. I hope they can check the food quality before sending it to customers, especially for those of us paying extra for delivery and waiting longer for arrival, only to receive such inedible food.

A great place to escape from the heat! This is one of my favorite Burger King outlets since the one at Kovan closed down. It's quiet and not too busy!

My family dines here occasionally after our weekend runs along the river. The atmosphere is very nice and peaceful, and it's usually not crowded. The food is good, and we often use BK coupons to save some money.
