I had just encountered the friendliest Gen Z counter staff anywhere in the world. The two young gentlemen at the cashiers were all smiles and very swift in their work on 25 August at 12pm. I had a pleasant meal because of that.
The seating on level 2 is well-chilled and clean. One of my favourite places for a quick meal or to have some quiet time.

Despite how busy it looked, everything ran smoothly. The food came out quickly, tasted great, and the presentation was neat. What really stood out, though, was the service.
Every staff member I encountered was polite and efficient, but special mention goes to a lovely lady named Jingni. She took the time to check in with us, asking if the food was to our liking, if the air-conditioning was comfortable, and whether we needed anything else. Her warm smile and genuine care made a big difference. We had a brief but very pleasant conversation, and it left such a positive impression.
It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness and hospitality these days. Jingni and the team truly made the dining experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this outlet — great food, great vibes, and amazing service!

Came here to Burger King at the Boat Quay area to have a Sjora Lychee Berry Drink while waiting for my hubby. This BK outlet looks pretty new. Later, I read that this Burger King outlet just opened in April 2024, about 6 months ago. The place looks very clean, spacious, and has nice murals on the walls. It wasn't crowded when I was there at 6:30 pm, so I could sip my drink in peace. Service is efficient. You order from the digital board menu panel.
