The food was okay, as per Burger King's standard, but the staff service quality was very low. The receipt could not be printed, and there was no attempt to top up. The crew decidedly served diluted iced Milo (the crew changed the large serving packet right after my cup). I asked for a new cup and was given one. However, after that, any request for serviettes (which were not given in the first place) was met with a disgruntled look from her colleague. A disappointing experience, probably because I was hyped up by the 4.8-star average rating on Google.

One of your staff members, at exactly 7:20 PM on Monday, May 12th, did not practice hygiene. He was scratching his head and slicking his hair back multiple times while handling my food with his bare hands. He wasn't wearing gloves or a mask. I found this disgusting, especially since the restaurant wasn't even busy. I'm trying not to make a scene, so I hope you can address this with your staff regarding hygiene practices.

This place is lousy. The drinks are diluted and they gave the wrong order. I dined here last month, and the service was very, very, very, very, very, very, very poor! The staff was also rude. The drinks are not nice, and the burgers are made haphazardly. The quality isn't good. The only reason I eat here is because Pasir Ris has very few food stores open at night.
