Waited 30 minutes for two burgers and I still had 3 orders ahead of me. Don't come in the morning, they only prioritize GrabFood orders.

The fries were cold, likely having sat at the stove for some time before being served. The burger was lukewarm. This was not a good dining experience. Even though it's a fast food establishment, a certain standard should be maintained. The food served was of a very low standard.

The time it took to receive my food was so long, I could have prepared my meal from raw ingredients. My burger and fries were already cold. Everything seemed prepared and waiting to be plated and served, yet they worked incredibly slowly, like sloths. They might as well hand over the space to the McDonald's opposite.

Came for breakfast on Saturday morning. I placed my order at 10 am and only received it at 11 am. There was a crowd of people waiting at the counter for their slow orders to be fulfilled. With only two employees serving and preparing food, it's definitely insufficient for a weekend morning crowd. Please respect people's time by having an adequate number of staff on hand and clearly communicating the waiting time, or close for the day if you don't have enough staff. If you're looking for fast food dining at SSC, head to McDonald's opposite Burger King. Other restaurants will serve your food faster.

Super fast service, especially compared to the McDonald's next door. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and the regular staff also cleans the tables. It's a good place to study too. And you save a lot of money with BK promo codes. The TV number is actually accurate, unlike at the McDonald's next door.

The food arrived hot and was quick to be made, within 5 minutes of ordering. The staff on duty were also really friendly when approached. However, the seats are quite limited here due to the space. But overall, the experience was good, and the food was not bad :)

I've always loved Burger King breakfast, so having it here at the SSC outlet is perfect because it's near home and not too crowded. The staff are nice and friendly. The food is good and similar to other outlets. This outlet is small but clean.

This BK is open 24/7, which is already great, but the service here is amazing! I ordered a lemon cone which toppled almost immediately onto my phone and myself. They didn't have to, as I was just clumsy, but the manager promptly replaced it for me and offered me serviettes to clean myself up. Thank you.

Very wonderful and friendly staff. This is the one outlet that actually offered to help bring my food to my table, as I had three trays of food and drinks. Their attitude was so good that I couldn't just sit here to eat without rating them. The food is fresh, and they aren't stingy with the chilli sauce either.
