Be observant when you arrive. If you see many people waiting for their orders and numerous numbers on the queue screen, you're in for a wait. I was okay with waiting, but I wasn't prepared to wait an hour for fast food (see picture). They are likely understaffed, but if so, a warning or a sign should have been posted about slow service. Whatever the reason, due to this bad experience, I won't be returning.

Disappointed with the very slow service at Burger King Punggol Coast. Visited during an off-peak hour and still had to wait an unusually long time for a simple order. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganised, even though there weren't many customers. No updates or apologies were given while we waited, and the whole experience felt frustrating. Food quality was average, but the slow service really affected the overall visit. I hope management takes steps to improve efficiency and customer service.

Received food at 8 PM on March 20th, waited 44 minutes. My order was one burger rendang meal, cheese fries, and iced apple tea. It was a simple order, and I waited 44 minutes for it with no apology. Only after I mentioned waiting for 40 minutes a second time did she check with the kitchen.
Thoroughly poor service by the manager, Lizzie, I believe. My order disappeared from the board after waiting for 15 minutes. When I approached again after an extra 5 minutes, she told me to wait, but multiple burger and special orders ahead of me were prepared first.
She did not do her due diligence to check the order and only realized after 40 minutes that my single burger had not been prepared. I later received my one cheese fries, one apple drink, and one rendang tendergrill chicken after waiting 44 minutes.
I was fasting, and because of her lack of concern for a customer's order, I had to wait 44 minutes before I could break my fast. Please address your manager's competency. The kitchen staff preparing the food are fast, but the front desk preparation and the lack of concern from the manager are the issues. Even the inexperienced staff manning the drinks checked my order three times, but the manager only became concerned after I voiced out twice.

The service was extremely slow; I waited 40 minutes only to realize my number was no longer on the board. Meanwhile, the lady in front took forever to prepare the food, and most of the staff were just standing around. By the time I finally got my order, it wasn’t even warm anymore, just cold. Very disappointing after such a long wait, especially with children.

(+) Self-order kiosks were fixed after clearing the wave of customers.
(-) A spilled drink was left on the floor next to the collection counter for over an hour.
(-) All 3 staff were preparing food with no sense of urgency (taking their own sweet time even with approximately 50 diners waiting for their food).
(-) No sense of priority with orders. Came here with 2 friends, we ordered one after another (our queue numbers: i.e. 5085, 5086, 5087). Somehow, 5086 got his order approximately 45 minutes before the two of us (our food portions were all the same).
(+) Cheese sauce for my fries was spread evenly.
(-) The bottom bun of my fish burger was tough.
(-) Friend's burger was cold.
- Checked reviews afterwards and noticed that this has been happening for at least 2 months. Do not visit this outlet. Obviously, the employees/manager have no desire to improve.
- Waiting time at this outlet should improve once McDonald's opens in this mall.
- Highly recommend those wanting to dine at BK to visit Waterway Point's outlet instead for the time being. Reviews there are much better, and it's just 1 MRT stop away.
