I like spicy chicken joy, but the outlet here has such bad service. They didn't help to pass the trays to customers, so customers (not just us) had to bend over the counter to get their trays. This was despite the manager on duty standing right behind the counter using her phone openly. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets, and after trying one, I realized it wasn't spicy. I had to get the attention of the manager, who was still on her phone, to ask if they had served me wrongly. Instead of taking back the wrong, half-eaten order to give me a new, correct one, they put my half-eaten nuggets into the mixing container with spicy sauce to coat them and returned them to me. I think this is quite unhygienic, as they will be refusing that container for other spicy nugget orders.

Unfortunately, the trash area was not cleaned and was piled up, which made the place feel a bit unhygienic. It was seriously piled up and nauseating. Perhaps it's a weekday with less manpower? I'm not sure. Hopefully, management checks the CCTV on 24.07.25 around 8:30 PM for evidence.

Ordered a Jollibee spaghetti + chicken joy meal from Foodpanda, but they only gave me the chicken joy and no spaghetti. The app only offered a refund of $3, despite the meal costing $9. I was really looking forward to the spaghetti, and now I only have a small piece of chicken for dinner. The chicken is about the same size as the tiny mashed potato container.

I appreciate the automatic soap and hand wash dispensers, which make the hand washing experience fuss-free and quick. My only concern was the bins. They are incredibly small and very full. So much so that the staff couldn't clear them in time during peak periods, leading to a pile-up.
