Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Jollibee. I ordered the chicken meal expecting mashed potatoes, but they gave me some random sauce instead – no explanation, no substitution notice, nothing. Then came the real shocker: the chicken was soaked in oil. I literally used an entire tissue just to drain one piece, and it was still dripping! Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the chicken was mostly bone, with barely any meat. A total waste of money. This is unacceptable for a brand like Jollibee. Get your quality control in check!

Always love their fried chicken, but our order was not served hot today. Love the spaciousness and the hand washing area. Good to have self-order machines, though some words are hidden, making it difficult for someone unfamiliar with the menu.

In the middle of a hungry night, I ordered 2 chicken burgers, a beef burger, and a Coke. But what did I get? 2 spaghetti, 2 Sprites, a beef burger, and chicken nuggets. That's not how it works! Even though what you sent seems more expensive than what I paid, I don't like it and can't eat it. I don't like pasta, chicken nuggets, or even Sprites. What's more ridiculous is that Grab only refunded the food cost of $12.50, while I paid $19.36 for the delivery fee. It's so ridiculous that I still have to pay $7 for food I can't even eat, and for Jollibee's mistake! What clumsy employees you have!

The restaurant felt warm upon entering; the air conditioning wasn't quite noticeable. The self-service kiosk was also down, leading to a long queue for manual orders at the counter. Crowd management wasn't great either, with only one counter open despite the queue. When placing the order, the staff didn't ask if the chicken should be spicy or non-spicy; you have to request it. Taste-wise, it was nice, hot, and crispy. However, somehow the taste wasn't as good as before compared to when they were in the food court.

The pride of the Philippines is available in sunny Singapore and it's halal certified! This outlet is extremely popular, like a mini Philippines with many Filipinos hanging out here. The restaurant is big and comfortable indoors. Orders are done via a self-service kiosk. Besides being true to the menu, they also incorporate some local flair with exclusive dishes for the Lion City. The taste consistency is similar to that in the Philippines.

A pretty big outlet in the original Lucky Plaza location. However, service here is relatively slow compared to other outlets. It took about 20 minutes to get my order, and they even ran out of spicy chicken at 6 pm. The chicken is well-fried and crispy, though. Overall, an okay experience at this outlet.

The place is always crowded, making it hard to find an empty table. You also have to queue to order and pick up your food. However, the service is quite fast, and there's no need to wait too long. They prepare the orders well, with no mistakes. The food is delicious; not exceptionally so, but it makes you want to come back again. I love their fried chicken and spaghetti.
