I couldn't eat well because the kitchen was so noisy, with the staff shouting and swearing. I saw two boys, one outside and the other in the kitchen. They were truly ill-mannered staff. What does "MAKAN MODAL" mean? May I know why they were saying those words when customers came in? Overall, the staff needs training. This is really rude. How should one work in a restaurant? How should they deal with customers? Disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent food delivery experience. I placed an order for a group of 7 people, only to have the delivery person arrive with the wrong order—meant for just 2 people. Instead of resolving the issue, he blamed the restaurant, while the restaurant pointed fingers at him for taking the wrong order.
To make matters worse, the delivery person insisted I accept the wrong order, which was obviously insufficient. Then the restaurant had the audacity to call me and expect me to contact the delivery person myself to sort out the mess. What kind of service is this?
This is an absolute failure of communication and accountability on both ends. I wasted my time, my money, and my patience. I will not be using their delivery service again and would caution others to avoid such chaos. I have dined at their place a few times and they do serve really good food. The delivery service is just atrocious.
