The bobmie is good. Nothing super special, just nice. It's not the best Indonesian-style mie, but when you mix it with sambal and all the toppings, it's pretty solid.
The only thing is the interior design; the bright red and yellow colors are a bit too much for me. I can't really sit there for more than 5 minutes.
Overall, it's good. Hopefully, the owner can keep improving the quality and taste of the food.
Happy to see more Indonesian businesses popping up in Singapore!

The food was excellent; the noodles were al dente, and the chicken cutlet was perfectly fried and not oily. The Avocado Latte had a perfect balance of avocado and coffee flavours, making it one of the better avocado lattes out there. The single staff member was super friendly and excited to serve us, which made the experience much better than expected. Would definitely recommend coming down to try.

Came here for lunch with my Indonesian colleagues, and we could immediately tell that this place serves authentic Indonesian noodles and sambal options.
Bakmie Noodles
We tried two types ā Bakmie with Sambal Cabe Ijo & the other is Bakmi Sambal Geprek.
The noodles were super chewy and bouncy, with a great bite and a slightly slick texture from the oil (used to prevent them from sticking together). The minced meat on top was flavourful, and they added some crispy shallots for an aromatic crunch. For the portion size and quality, it was honestly a legit deal ā it comes as a full set too.
ļø Sambal
The sambals were very authentic and spicy in all the right ways.
The clear soup on the side comes with additional shallots if you like (free of charge and free-flow), which was a nice touch.
Rice Option
We also ordered one of their rice dishes ā it came with chicken that was falling off the bone. Super tender and satisfying.
ā Drinks
They serve Indonesian-style coffee and lattes, priced between $3.50ā$5. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I could definitely tell it was authentic and brewed properly.
Overall:
This place feels like a true Indonesian gem ā the flavours are on point and super legit. The price point is around $8.50 and up, which is reasonable for the quality and portions. Iād definitely come back for the taste and comforting vibes.

Yummy Indonesian minced chicken noodles! Being confident and steadfast, I bought the volcano chicken noodles, which proved way too spicy even for a spice lover like me! But all was good when washed down with cold lime juice. Two bowls of noodles with onsen egg, which came with soup and two drinks, set us back $27.80. However, there was some CNY charge which was about close to $3. This didn't make sense because the CNY public holiday was on Wednesday and Thursday, and we ate on a Friday. As an institution that is halal, it had nothing to do with Gong Xi Fa Cai. The food and service were still running well. That's the part I don't understand, and this 'CNY charge' was not reflected on the receipt, which puzzles me. Thus, for service, we gave 4 stars. I didn't ask the staff about this because it only began to not make sense towards the end of my spicy affair. Otherwise, the noodles were good and yummy, though the onsen egg wasn't making it 100% but still tasted overall yummy. I do think the price point is on the expensive side, and more noodles and meat should have been added. For that, I gave only 4 stars for food.
