They kept constantly reminding us that the restaurant would be closed by 8:30-9 pm and that we needed to make payment at the counter before a certain time. The rushing wasn't necessary, but I guess they aren't paid overtime to wait for us

The kangkong was more tasteless than water. I frequent the VivoCity outlet, where they have the best service, staff, and food, but you guys closed down! This outlet, however, serves tasteless kangkong. Utterly disappointed. There was no bumbu. It looks like the kangkong was blanched in tap water and served! When I describe tasteless, I mean it's simply cooked vegetables with no slightest bit of salt flavour or belacan taste, just garnished with "bawang goreng". I have no complaints with all the other restaurants/outlets. What happened to this one?
I can only assume the cook was overwhelmed with all the Grab piled-up orders and whipped up this dish in a hurry, compromising the taste. Perhaps hire more staff or train cooks who can keep up and ensure all food served across the outlets is up to par?
The fact that I am writing this long review over a kangkong dish explains how bad it must have tasted.

After ordering at the counter, we walked back to our table and the food arrived 10 seconds later. Unfortunately, the chicken was not warm and felt like it was cooked a long time ago. It was also interesting to note that the size of the chicken pieces seemed to have shrunk quite a lot. We tried the pink lychee drink, which was terrible - it tasted so diluted even before the ice melted. Only the chilli remains just as spicy and yummy as it used to be. Probably won't be back in a while
