Why is the grilled chicken so tiny? It's not worth the price paid. (Added a picture of grilled chicken from another shop, not from this franchise. The picture speaks for itself.)

My feedback is that the sayur asem and gado gado were too sweet compared to the original Indonesian versions. It would be nicer if they were made closer to the original. The oxtail soup, ayam bakar, and desserts like ice kacang, cendol, and ice teler were good enough and close to the original. Overall, we enjoyed the food.

Overall, the food and drinks were very delicious. However, the fried pomfret (ikan bawal) dish had an issue—the exterior was well-cooked, but the inside appeared undercooked and cold, with visible redness, as shown in the attached picture. We’re unsure if this is typical for the dish, but in its current state, it felt inedible, so we avoided the undercooked portions. We provided feedback in person and appreciated the replacement. However, the replacement turned out to be even redder than before. Perhaps this is the restaurant's standard preparation?
We hope the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback. If this preparation is intentional and safe to consume, we’d appreciate some clarification. However, the inner flesh felt too cold, almost as if it came straight from the fridge, feeling raw, while the exterior was perfectly cooked.
In our opinion, this is not normal and suggests undercooking unless the dish is intentionally prepared in a rare or lightly cooked style according to Ayam Penyet President’s recipe. This is the first time we have encountered a fish dish with reddish flesh. Understanding that consuming undercooked fish may pose food safety risks, such as exposure to bacteria or parasites, we decided to leave those parts uneaten. We continued eating the parts we believed were edible, despite the issues, as we valued our money and didn't want it and the food to go to waste.
We consulted a chef, who, after reviewing the picture, advised that "The fish likely hasn’t been properly drained of blood. When blood pigments are cooked, they typically turn brown, but this doesn't seem normal. Be cautious with fish prepared this way. I personally think the flesh is cooked unless it’s translucent. I recommend that you and your family avoid eating it, as red blood pigments like this can harbor bacteria, potentially causing an upset stomach, and will likely taste unpleasant in this state."

Decent tasting chicken, quite juicy with a nice fried texture. The sambal chilli is extremely spicy, but its sweetness was worth the struggle. The fried rice tasted decent as well. Nothing exceptional.
