The food at this outlet was so-so compared to the regular one I visited at Nex. The Kailan was very old, with yellowish leaves. The Ayam Penyet (fried chicken) was supposed to be crispy and juicy, but this one was hard and dry, difficult to chew. The Dancing Fish seemed like it was cooked a long time ago and left aside, resulting in it tasting cold and no longer crispy on the sides; the fish also wasn't fresh. Only the Beef Rendang was good, but it was served cold. Overall, an average experience that I would rate only 2 stars for this restaurant. We were hungry after waiting 30 minutes in the queue, and we still tried to finish the food to fill our stomachs, but it wasn't as tasty as it should have been. We've visited and eaten the same dishes at other outlets before, so we know very well how they are supposed to taste.

They kept constantly reminding us that the restaurant would be closed by 8:30-9 pm and that we needed to make payment at the counter before a certain time. The spoiler was the lady, probably the owner of this franchise or manager, who deserved an award for the most unfriendly and grumpy service personnel I have had the unfortunate opportunity to endure. She refused to move herself from the chair and table she was occupying at the front, nor did she acknowledge us when we were leaving.

I don't know what the rush in the kitchen was, or maybe the timer spoiled? Either way, it was a very bad experience and I won't go back again.

I ordered Ayam Penyet via Deliveroo. I called the restaurant to request a drumstick as I couldn’t add a remark in the app, but when my food arrived, I received breast meat instead. The chicken was super hard and dry, and the rice tasted very bad. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. With this kind of service, I think the restaurant will close down soon.

We loved the various types of chili that came with the chicken (we had three different styles: grilled, coated fried, and the non-coated version). All were delicious.
There are numerous kid-friendly options on the menu, like Soto Ayam, and chicken (the chili is served separately). Don’t miss the tauhu telur! It was so addictively good.

Situated in a corner near the window area on Basement 1. I ordered the fried rice, and it tasted decently good. However, one improvement from my experience here is that they could have served the food faster. It took quite a while to serve, and the preparation itself doesn't take too long.
To sum up, the food was good, but the service could be faster and improved. I may come back here again.
