Worst stall and worst outlet. I ordered through the app, and an hour later it prompted me to 'rate your order', but the food hadn't arrived and there was no way to track it. I called the outlet, and my call was picked up after several attempts. The staff only knew how to say 'app error', as if they had no prior training. I highly do not recommend this place; they should close all their stalls and make way for other shops. I would have given negative stars if there was an option.

I ordered the Meatasaurus pizza, but they sent me Pepperoni with Mushroom instead. There was no ground beef at all, and I paid $5 extra for it.
When I called the Tai Thong Crescent store several times, nobody picked up. Their Instagram page eventually replied, offering a free regular pizza voucher for my next order. However, to redeem it, I would have to pay a $5 delivery fee and meet a minimum spend of $15 again.
I was placing the order because previously they had given me a free pizza due to their many hours of delayed delivery.
Instead of refunding customers, they are giving away the same voucher to drive more orders. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who has had their orders messed up, and they don't seem willing to take responsibility.
I will be telling all my friends and family not to order from Domino's after giving them a second chance.

This is horrible, we waited for close to 2 hours. First, the live status didn't work at ALL! Then, after trying several times, it showed it was arriving. After waiting for another 15 minutes, it showed cancelled. The hotline doesn't work. NOBODY ANSWERS the call. Then there is absolutely nowhere to track. Hello?!? Pizza for 2 hours... I think I could travel to JB, buy my pizza, and still have time to shop and return to Singapore. If you cannot cope, don't accept orders. And if you "accidentally" accept orders, let people know in ADVANCE. Not like 2 hours later, playing people by showing it's on the way. It's 9 pm and my kids are hungry!
I think your company should just close down. We cannot cancel orders, cannot track, cannot call. Is this how you do business??????

The staff is terrible and the service is outrageous. He took ages to just serve me onion rings and gave me no dip. He was so slow and walking with draggy feet. He just had to put the onion rings in the box, but he literally waited for his colleague to make pizza for another customer while sipping on his juice and looking around. Then, after he served the pizza, he just scooped up onion rings into my box. That's a simple task that could be done in seconds. Also, he had so much attitude when I asked how long it would take. Such staff should be fired immediately! Additionally, the onion rings tasted utterly disgusting! They are the worst I have ever eaten; they were so bitter! Never EVER GOING THERE AGAIN, and I tell Y'ALL not to go also, unless you want to get disappointed.
