Awful experience! I ordered two large pizzas online (one vegetarian) and was sent two regular meat pizzas. I want a refund but don’t know how to contact them since they don’t answer the phone! Never ordering from here again.

Worst stall and worst outlet. I ordered through the app, and an hour later it prompted me to 'rate your order', but the food hadn't arrived and there was no way to track it. I called the outlet, and my call was picked up after several attempts. The staff only knew how to say 'app error', as if they had no prior training. I highly do not recommend this place; they should close all their stalls and make way for other shops. I would have given negative stars if there was an option.

Ordered regular for both pizzas, but they came in two different sizes. There were no chili flakes at all, and the pizzas were dry and hard. I called multiple times to clarify the sizes and food quality, but no one answered. Please have your staff come back, retrieve the pizzas, and fix the problem.

This outlet is undeniably the worst in Singapore. This has not been my first time experiencing such horrendous service. I placed my order yesterday at 7:09 pm, scheduled for delivery at 8:30 pm. When 8:30 pm arrived, our delivery had not come. Upon checking the app, it stated my order was still being made. My family and I waited and waited. My dad and I tried calling the outlet repeatedly, but there was no answer. At 11 pm, we eventually gave up and made ourselves noodles as we were starving. Mind you, when I checked the app at that time, it still said they were processing my order. I lost about $80 yesterday... SCAMMED. It's 2:00 pm the next day, and I still haven't heard anything about my order. Over 18 hours and nothing from Domino's, no refund, no callback. This has been a truly horrific experience. Avoid Domino's at all costs.

DON'T GET SCAMMED! I ordered the Meatasaurus pizza, but they sent me Pepperoni with Mushroom instead. There was no ground beef at all, and I paid $5 extra for it. When I called the Tai Thong Crescent store several times, nobody picked up. Their Instagram page eventually replied, offering a free regular pizza voucher for my next order. However, to redeem it, I would have to pay a $5 delivery fee and meet a minimum spend of $15 again. I was placing the order because previously they had given me a free pizza due to their many hours of delayed delivery. Instead of refunding customers, they are giving away the same voucher to drive more orders. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who has had their orders messed up, and they don't seem willing to take responsibility. I will be telling all my friends and family not to order from Domino's after giving them a second chance.

Delivery was very fast, reminiscent of the Domino's of old. The mac and cheese pizza was quite disappointing, but I suspect it's more of a recipe issue than a problem with this specific branch. This branch, however, offered good service and delivery.

Visited on 13/07/2022. I would like to compliment a Malay young man named Siti. He was kind and patient in helping me redeem my favourite deal. I had purchased a deal that required online redemption and in-store collection. However, I encountered a problem during the online redemption process. I needed to log in to their website and copy-paste my e-coupon, but it failed as the coupon was indicated as not found. So, he helped me place the order using his handphone to redeem it. I'm really appreciative of his help; otherwise, my coupon would have been wasted. I would like to thank him again here for his help and patience.

Very convenient to order online. The tracking system is good, and the staff are friendly. It took less than half an hour from ordering to collection.

Visited on 22/6. Ordered the truffle mania. The cheese infused with truffle was awesome, ordered a regular size. The thin baked crust was super fresh. Try to eat in their store.
