ONE STAR IS AN OVERSTATEMENT. I placed an order at 6:50 PM. It's been almost two hours and my food is still not here. The site shows it was ready in-store at least 40 minutes ago. I've tried calling the store for the past 30 minutes and no one bothered picking up. This is ridiculous considering the delivery charges. If you can't deliver, shut off the delivery option. Please don't offer any vouchers to compensate; for such horrible service, there won't be a second time. Compensate with a refund, please.

Updates! I went to the store and guess what? Many others had their pizza still sitting on the counter. There were no customers in the store, by the way. But they couldn't pick up the call because they were 'too busy.' Both were looking at the monitor for some reason; one could have managed to pick up ONE call. I called 20 times.
Management should have hired more people or have more people on shift. If you don't have the manpower, shut down the branch. The people on the ground are the ones receiving all these feedback from customers, and they were so helpless.

The service I received today was bad, and it was the second time. I placed my order two days in advance for my meeting at Gul Road. It was supposed to be delivered by 11:15 am, but at 11:30 am, there was still no sign of it. When I called the restaurant, the staff told me to wait for another 10 minutes as the delivery was on the way and he would call me back to update. It was raining, and I understand there could be delays, but the staff didn't even call me back to update. I had to call Domino's at Jurong to relay the message to get the Joo Koon staff to call me. I called many times, but there was no answer. The line wasn't busy, just no one picked up. At 12:30 pm, I decided to drive out to the office guardhouse to see if they had left my order there. When I arrived, I saw the Lalamove driver who was supposed to deliver my order standing there. He said he couldn't call me because the restaurant hadn't left my contact number with him, and he had also been trying to call the restaurant, but no one picked up his calls. The same thing happened to me; I called so many times. This is rude service, leaving both customers and the delivery person waiting. Poor, poor service. I have not received any calls to update me even now, as I am writing this.

Rude staff (an uncle) on the evening of August 26th, wearing specs and a blue uniform.
Before we ordered food, we asked one of the staff if we could eat here and if I could bring in halal food from outside to feed my infant, as he can't eat pizza. The young chap wearing specs in a red uniform was nice and said it was fine, as long as we cleaned up afterwards for this time. So, we ordered our food there.
However, this particular uncle in the blue uniform was very rude and told us off.
Will never visit this outlet again.

Very poor experience. Ordered delivery for 11:30 am but it was delivered at 1 pm instead. The live pizza tracker also stopped at "your order is ready in store" for 30 minutes. I tried calling the outlet multiple times but there was no pick-up. I understand it's peak hour during lunchtime, but please have the courtesy to pick up calls, otherwise customers wouldn't know what to do next.
