The staff is not fast. They cannot handle and help other staff who are handling orders. Very bad service. I waited 20 minutes for my food, and there were only two people before me. Why so slow? One staff member was looking at a laptop instead of helping the other. Very disappointed with this shop's service.

The staff was busy making a call and preparing the order with only one hand. No wonder there are so many bad reviews regarding the slow processing of orders. The food quality is also subpar, the utensils are plastic, and the table is small and cramped.
