The staff ignored us when our food was ready. The staff went around doing his own work while we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get the order from him. He didn't even bother telling us to wait. Crave outlet at NUH.

The queue was fast but crowded during lunchtime. I ordered the chicken wing, which was crispy. The basmati rice was special but fine. However, the chilli was a bit too sweet for my liking. It's good to try this as a meal, but not enough to wow me into converting from the classic coconut Nasi Lemak.

The staff used the same hand/glove that touched the kiosk screen to grab the food. The chicken wing and egg were so dry, obviously reheated over and over again. The cucumber was not fresh and already had some smell. But the satay goreng was really good though.

I waited at the cashier counter for about 5 minutes with no one to assist me. I assume they were all busy, as they all saw me waiting. When a staff member finally approached me, he simply told me to use the self-ordering machine. I did that, but immediately after, I saw the same male staff member helping two men place their orders directly at the cashier. The two gentlemen didn't seem to require any special assistance; they appeared fine and spoke clearly. If you are able to take orders manually, why choose which customers to serve manually? It felt unfair, and honestly, the staff member's attitude was quite poor. There was no smile or basic courtesy – he just brushed me off as if I wasn't worth his time. For a place operating inside a hospital, we hope for a bit more empathy. People come here tired, stressed, and perhaps unwell. A little kindness really wouldn't hurt.
