The store did not include the fish fillet and bergedil potatoes. Very disappointing service. For $7.90, we only received 3 pieces of small chicken cutlet and an egg; the fish fillet and potato were missing. This was a takeaway order, and by the time we reached home, it was too late to go back to the store.

I used to enjoy Crave Nasi Lemak, but my recent visit to the Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet was disappointing. The staff seemed unhappy, possibly because there was only one person working. Their attitude wasn’t welcoming, and the overall experience felt unpleasant, as if I owed them something.
The portion size was also a letdown. The rice serving was noticeably smaller compared to before, and the overall quality seems to have dropped. For the price, I expected better. Hopefully, management takes note and improves both service and food standards.
