Temperamental staff. Is the nice aunty no longer working? I was patiently waiting for my takeaway, but I'm not sure why this staff member seemed so irritated. She made me wait 10 minutes even though my food was already packed. Previously, there was no sambal, like many other times. Well, sometimes it's hard to find good staff, or even any staff at all. She wasn't even wearing her mask properly...

The store did not include the fish fillet and bergedil potatoes. Very disappointing service. For $7.90, we only received 3 pieces of small chicken cutlet and an egg; the fish fillet and potato were missing. This was a takeaway order, and by the time we reached home, it was too late to go back to the store.

Disappointing Experience at Crave Nasi Lemak (Bukit Panjang Plaza) I used to enjoy Crave Nasi Lemak, but my recent visit to the Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet was disappointing. The staff seemed unhappy, possibly because there was only one person working. Their attitude wasn’t welcoming, and the overall experience felt unpleasant, as if I owed them something. The portion size was also a letdown. The rice serving was noticeably smaller compared to before, and the overall quality seems to have dropped. For the price, I expected better. Hopefully, management takes note and improves both service and food standards.

My favourite place for craving nasi lemak. The rice is Basmati rice, thin and long in shape. It absorbed water well, so the rice will not be 'wet', which I liked most. The ikan bilis is crispy. The chicken wing is crispy even after keeping it for 2 hours. Food-wise is yummy and service-wise friendly too.
