Burger King @ Fairprice Hub BK's standard has dropped drastically. Tried the mushroom burger on 20 Aug 17. The whole burger was soggy and damp. The meat in it was also salty. The coffee was diluted. Simply rated it 2/5. Extremely disappointed. Last update Aug 2017

Waited 45 minutes for 4 set meals on the evening of July 27, 2025. Really bad, fast food is no longer fast. Only 3 staff were present. Fries were cold.

Food: cold as ice. Service: slower than a turtle. Atmosphere: Overcrowding at the counter due to the very slow service. Took 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Unbelievable. Ordered at 7:42 PM, still haven't got my order at 8:10 PM. The queuing system isn't working; those who ordered last were served first. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The wait for fast food was over 30 minutes, and there weren't many people in the store at all! There were only two orders. The one person making the burgers was sitting around doing nothing after finishing them. The person at the front desk prepared water and food but did not give it to the guests, continuing to prepare other orders instead. The manager, talking on the phone with headphones on, was completely unhelpful and unproductive! It is recommended that employees be retrained!

Service is too slow, even when there aren't many orders. Staff tend to talk to each other and do cleaning or stocking instead of preparing food. I had to wait at least 20 minutes. Please consider the waiting time if you plan to order and train your staff!!

Burger King at FairPrice Hub is a convenient spot for a quick bite. The food is consistent with BK standards – tasty and satisfying. Service is fast, and the place is clean. Great for a no-fuss meal!

I used to visit this place often until they closed down for renovations. When I returned after it reopened, I ordered the Whopper with fries and a Minute Maid. The meal was better, if not the best, compared to what I used to eat before the renovations. The service was good, and notably, the atmosphere is much cleaner. I was so impressed that I came back for breakfast. The same quality from my last visit during a slow lunch period carried over for the busy breakfast rush, although the service was reasonably slower. I would definitely come back here again.

It has bready, sweet, vegetal, sour, zesty, tangy, cheesy, salty, meaty, savoury, and smoky flavours. Yum! The Double Mushroom Swiss Croissan'wich With Egg & Chicken Sausage (SGD $9.70) is a satisfying breakfast burger. Buttery soft croissan'wich is stacked with dual juicy, tender turkey sausage patties, a fluffy egg omelette scramble, soft Swiss cheese, and bouncy sautéed button mushrooms. It has bready, sweet, vegetal, earthy, eggy, savoury, meaty, salty, and smoky flavours. Delicious!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Burger King location and just had to share! The service was truly exceptional from the moment I walked in. The team was incredibly friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and perfectly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious; the Whopper was juicy and flavourful, and the fries were crispy and exactly how I like them. What really made the visit memorable, however, was the manager. They were not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also went out of their way to make sure every customer felt valued. You can tell they take great pride in their work and truly care about the team and the customers. It's so refreshing to see such great customer service in a fast-food setting. This is a five-star experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location!
