Worst Domino's yet. They always cancel orders after 30 minutes or more of waiting. There are longer wait times too. Food would go missing. Calls are left unanswered, every time. If you want to buy Domino's, go to the one in Yishun. They do the complete opposite of what the Sembawang branch does, lol.

I waited 2 hours, with calls being declined and no updates, only for my already cold food to be left on the floor. Please do better. This is unsanitary. I even have a hook on the door to hang my food deliveries, or you could just ring the doorbell. There's really no need to leave my food on the ground where ants from my neighbour's plants are crawling. I can't even open my door properly.

Ordered food in advance for 6 PM. The food did not arrive by 7 PM, and they were nowhere to be found. I called six outlets, and none of them picked up the phone. I tried a different phone in case mine was somehow incompatible, but the same thing happened. This is the first and definitely my last time ordering from this company. Incompetent at the very maximum.

We ordered pizza at 6 PM, and it's currently 7:18 PM. The status still shows the pizza is in the kitchen. I don't mean to be rude, but this problem is likely due to either Grab or Domino's. I'm pretty sure Domino's is at fault. We need a refund as well as our food, please. I really hope this issue doesn't occur again next time I'm starving for food.

We ordered at 7-ish on 29 August, and it still hadn't arrived by 8:51. The tracker couldn't track anything at all. You all need to improve your web tracker! And you need to put the delivery person's contact number. This is very bad service. I won't be ordering again.

We visited Domino's at 369 Sembawang Rd, #01-06 Sembawang Cottage, S758382 close to closing time. Despite the late hour, we were greeted with a smile by a staff member named Faiz. He was incredibly patient and friendly, taking the time to explain the menu clearly and helped us decide what to order. It’s rare to receive such genuine service, especially at the end of a long shift, but Faiz made us feel welcome and never rushed us. We truly appreciate his positive attitude and professionalism. Thank you, Faiz, for ending our day on such a good note!
