Bought the Alfredo prawn pizza from the Elias outlet. The sauce topping was not spread evenly; it was concentrated in the middle of the pizza. Such a disappointment.

I have already requested a cancellation due to the lack of transparency in the expected delivery time. I understand you're saying the delay is likely due to high load. However, it's frustrating that the delivery time isn’t even remotely accurate. If it's going to take longer, fine – just say so prior to me ordering, rather than give a dishonest estimated timeline. What's frustrating is the lack of transparency. There's no respect for the customer’s time, and we're just expected to accept it. This isn't just about a missed estimate; it's about principle and basic honesty. This is my last time ordering from this outlet. I'd rather choose from another pizza place. Do better.

DO NOT ORDER VIA GRAB APP. It is HORRENDOUS. Ordered a meatasaurus pizza with stuffed crust for $36 for late lunch. On the Grab app, it showed an estimated delivery from 1425hrs onwards. I got up from my work desk to go to my kitchen and happened to walk past my main door. Guess what? The pizza was already hanging there. No attempt to notify me or call me by the delivery guy. Hanging the box this way at my door caused it to be at a slant, and the lid popped open. When I took the pizza in, it was already cold. It is 1455hrs now as I write this review, and my Grab app STILL shows the pizza being prepared/delivered. It’s crazy. Just look at how miserable the pizza looks. It’s supposed to be 9 inches and cut into 6 slices. But by how it’s cut, it’s not even 6 even slices. There is just ZERO effort. Terrible. Order Pizza Hut, better.

Ordered through Grab and received a message saying my order was being delivered by Foodpanda. It turned out that when the food arrived, it was someone else's order! Totally different. I tried calling their number, but it was engaged the whole time, and I couldn't get through. Horrible experience.

I didn't find a 0-star option, so I gave 1 star. This was the worst food we've ever had. 1. The garlic bread wasn't even baked properly. We ordered two and didn't eat a single piece. 2. The pizzas were half-baked. Please ensure you serve good food to attract customers. This is my last order 😞. Note: We had the same at the Expo Domino's and loved it, but here it's the worst and I can't even explain.

Delivery was very fast, reminiscent of the Domino's of old. The mac and cheese pizza was quite disappointing, but I suspect it's more of a recipe issue than a problem with this specific branch. This branch, however, offered good service and delivery.

Domino's pizza has many offers, and I discovered that having pizza for 4 persons is as cheap or even cheaper than eating at a local coffeeshop. I had 2 regular pizzas and a chicken side for $22.95. The pizzas are acceptable. The chicken is nice, and the overall service at this branch is good.
