I spent about $20+ on my order from Domino's via Grab, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Firstly, I placed my order at 12 am+ as I saw it was still open. It was estimated to arrive at 1:20 am+, but guess what? I ended up waiting until 5 am and just fell asleep. The next morning, I decided to check if my order had been delivered. It turns out it had been delivered by 7 am, but when I went to check, I didn't see any pizza boxes. I was extremely stressed trying to reach out to the Grab team, and they gave me Domino's contact information. I emailed them, and they got back to me asking for my card info so they could send a refund. However, a few days have passed, and I still have yet to receive my refund. As a struggling student, I feel that Domino's could have been more responsible, and I would just like to be able to receive my refund.

Despite recent negative reviews, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt this evening, to my horror. The order was placed at 18:56, only to arrive at 20:44 with the tracking service completely un-updated. Needless to say, I didn't wait for the pizzas and ordered from Da Paolo's instead. I demand free vouchers for my next order as compensation!

At 30 minutes, I called the number at the Crown Centre outlet, but there was no reply after three calls. The GPS tracker didn't function to show the driver's location, only displaying a Singapore map from Google. Between 3 minutes and 1 hour of waiting, the tracker reflected "Rate Your Order." We had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive the order. There was no apology or explanation for the delay of more than an hour.
Adding to the dissatisfaction with the meal: I ordered the Meatasaurus, but the meat was underwhelming. The portion size did not justify the additional $5 charge. The order was supposed to come with two sides, but I had to pay an upgrade of $3 each, which seemed redundant. The contact number is of no use as no one answers.

First time posting a Google review - this really showed how bad Domino's at Crown is. My delivery order was MISSING IN ACTION. And guess what, I already predicted what the owner would say: "Hi, we appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service. Our goal is to provide top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. To help us improve, please reach out to us via the Domino's website and share your concerns via the feedback form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible." It's just a copy-and-paste response; check all his/her past replies. There's a lack of remorse or eagerness to improve. We need to stop buying from this outlet.
