Such a poor delivery time with a 2-hour delay. There were no updates on the delivery status, leaving customers hanging and waiting. Poor customer management. I even paid for a GrabCar to go to your store to check, as your status just indicated 'in kitchen', but then I had to return because your rider was on the way. Your kitchen didn't bother to pick up calls. Very disappointing and extremely bad delivery of service!

This is my first time dining in a Domino's Pizza store, and I can tell you my experience was not pleasant. First of all, why did the outlet look like it was haunted? I literally felt like I was dining at a Five Nights at Freddy's pizza place because part of the store was dimly lit. I ordered pickup service 30 minutes before arriving and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. The saddest thing is the Mac & Cheese pizza; I could actually count the macaroni on each slice. I felt scammed by the advertisement and will never order that again.

I had purchased a deal that required online redemption and in-store collection. However, I encountered a problem during the online redemption process. I needed to log in to their website and copy-paste my e-coupon, but it failed as the coupon was indicated as not found. So, he helped me place the order using his handphone to redeem it. I'm really appreciative of his help; otherwise, my coupon would have been wasted. I would like to thank him again here for his help and patience.

Not only do their pizzas taste phenomenal, the onion rings and Lava Cakes are out of this world. Amazing food every single time. They also took the effort to follow my special request of not having icing sugar on my Lava Cakes.
Domino's Greenridge always provides the best delivery experiences. The delivery personnel was on-time, courteous, and professional. Really appreciate them taking the time to double-check ordered items.
