I am vegetarian. I ordered the veg kebab just now, but was given a chicken kebab. I was shocked to taste some meat after the first bite. Upon checking, I realized there was a generous portion of chicken inside (pic). I vomited and threw away the rest. This will be my last time buying from them.

To my disappointment, I ordered the chicken quesadilla, and it did not appear as depicted on the order website. It felt more like a chicken wrap because the wrap was soft and not crispy. The hummus was also cold, whereas I was expecting it to be warm or at room temperature. The texture of the hummus was not smooth; you could feel roughness in it. Rare cuisine, and I hope this feedback helps with your improvements.

Please don't call your food a quesadilla if it's not one. It used to be very good, and honestly, we could say it was one of the best quesadillas ever. However, for the past four times we've ordered, there has been barely any cheese inside (just a teeny-tiny pinch of it). The folding/wrapping of the tortilla doesn't hold the ingredients well at all, leading to a messy situation. The chicken is inconsistent and can be burnt or overcooked. The sauce they put inside tastes like it's expiring tomorrow, so they have to dump a ton of it inside to avoid waste. Basically, it's like eating hot sauce drenched in a tortilla wrap with overcooked chicken bits – and if you're lucky, you might get a complimentary pinch of cheese. We're very disappointed with how the standard is dropping and just getting worse. We thought it was a one-time off thing and decided to give it more chances, but we won't be falling for it a fifth time next time. Sorry, not sorry.

I experienced diarrhea after eating their chicken kebab around dinner time. I also witnessed staff using disposable food gloves to grab a dirty towel to wipe the table top, and then prepare food for takeaways with the same gloves. The foreign staff failed to practice good personal hygiene and safe food preparation.

Tried it for the first time yesterday and oh my, it's really good! I liked the sauces. They are super generous with the fillings too – I couldn't finish the same thing I'd order at Stuff'd. The staff were friendly. I appreciate that they have a bit of variety on their menu. I noticed they also have sub sandwiches, so if you're in the area and aren't about supporting the g-cide, maybe stop by Deliz instead. I do wish they'd import Middle Eastern/Mexican drinks instead of Coke, though!

Ordered the chicken bowl and the server gave a huge portion! He did not skimp on the meat! The sauce was also generously applied, but perhaps a bit too much for the calories, haha (See pictures for more illustrations). $9.50 for the bowl though.

Update: Visited this outlet for the 3rd time and ordered a Dates Milkshake for my child. If you want it without ice, they charge an extra $2.50 , and if you want less ice, they charge an extra $1. Went to this outlet yesterday around 10:30 pm and learned that it remains open until 5 am every day. We tried the chicken kebab roll and the veg falafel quesadilla. Both were reasonably priced, had good portioning of stuffing, and tasted nice. Will definitely come back again.

My favourite store. The prices are reasonable and the portions are big. The staff are very friendly. I visit a few times a month. I like the chicken kebab and the mutton hummus set. Healthy food, hehe!
