The service crew blocked off the table area near the entrance when kids were sitting there with all their luggage around the table. I asked for clarification, and then the crew simply ushered us to move further inside.

On 11 June 2025, while wandering around Terminal 1 at around 2:30 am, I came across the 24-hour Burger King outlet. I headed straight to the self-ordering kiosk, where I noticed a Chinese male staff member (with spectacles and a cap), likely in his 50s or 60s, standing nearby. I greeted him, but he simply stared at me without saying a word. I initially assumed he might be mute. After placing my order, he began mopping the floor and performing other duties.
However, about 30 minutes later, I saw a Caucasian lady drop her receipt. The same staff member promptly helped her pick it up and engaged her politely with a smile. I was surprised and disappointed to experience what felt like a clear double standard — possibly even racial bias — in my own country. It left a very negative impression of this outlet, and I don’t intend to return.
To make matters worse, the fish burger I ordered was excessively greasy and tasted terrible.

The coffee served is one of the blandest I have ever tasted. The burger is flat, deformed, and overly peppery; the only redeeming factor is the hash brown.
The outlet is spacious, with plenty of seats, and is away from the hustle and bustle. However, the bad coffee just spoils the entire experience.

For an airport considered to be world-class, it's a shame they don't accept card payments. I was told they don't accept cards after 3 am. I'm sorry, but that's the biggest BS ever. Then comes the food taste. The chicken burger was not cooked properly at all; I could taste the raw chicken. I visited a Burger King at Singapore Airport a long time ago, and that was very good. This one, I'm sorry to say, is way below par. Avoid it if you can, especially if you are here at night.
