The food and service are okay. However, I didn't like that the collection is done separately for drinks/eggs and toast at different intervals. Why can't I collect my entire order in one go instead of having to wait again? By then, my coffee/tea won't be hot anymore.

Service was slow, but the auntie was nice. The staff member handling food and calling out numbers could improve. We ordered three dishes with drinks, and they arrived one by one, requiring multiple trips between our table and the collection point. Our toast order was incorrect, but it was acceptable. I would recommend the big pau; it was worth it.

Ordered the Honey Lemon Citron, but it tasted like coloured tap water. They even wanted to charge 10 cents for a straw. No wonder the place is always empty. I won't be returning.

Today, 12/9/2025, at about 10 am, I ate their laksa set. Oh my goodness, I had immediate food poisoning, fever, and chills, and vomited a few times. It must have been the coconut milk or something that wasn't fresh! It spoiled my day, lying in bed and waiting to vomit, while I am on a business trip here in Singapore. I have many meetings tomorrow! Please never serve anyone not fresh food! I am still not well. I regret that I ate here. ———————— Understaffed. I have always "blindly" supported Heavenly Wang whenever I come to Singapore T1. But this time was an eye-opener. My impression was that Mee Siam would come with prawns (see photo advertisement), but mine did not have any prawns at all! And my husband's Laksa had only 2 prawns (the illustration had 3). Of course, they can claim it's "illustration only," but to me, it's blatantly deceiving – I made the decision to buy based on what I saw on the ad! Drinks price gouging! $4.40 for an iced coffee! I went to buy my drinks next door (iced coffee was only $2.80 – I saved $1.60). Staff was not trained to inform that the silly and complex Changi Rewards had to be scanned before payment. I had to demand it! Poor experience.

I had dinner at T1 Heavenly Wang last week on a weekday evening. As I had eaten at T3 Wang before, in comparison, the service at T1 was prompt, the counter staff were friendly, food was served hot and fast, and the place was not too crowded. It's a nice place for a quick dinner. I would recommend T1 Heavenly Wang if you are looking for local coffee and a quick bite or meal. Thanks to the crew!

I had mee siam and coffee, less sweet, here today. I was pleased with the cashier; she was very nice and communicated clearly with her customers and colleagues. Unfortunately, the food wasn't nice. The mee siam lacked the rich, nutty texture, but the coffee was good!

The food is alright. The kaya toast is good, but the rest of the food is passable. The noodles were average. It's convenient as they have hot food even late at night.

Tried their curry chicken and it's good. It would be even better if they could be more generous with the curry gravy. Waited quite a while even for the ice lemon tea to be ready, followed by another 5-10 minutes for the curry chicken. Pretty long waiting time, and they do not have many seats. Overall, it's nice.

The food is good. I had been wanting to try it for a very long time and finally had my meal with my wife. It's located in a convenient part of Terminal 1. The prices for the food are still affordable and very competitive! Service is good. I really liked the food a lot. I will definitely come again for sure! Keep it up, guys!
