Tip: if you're rushing for time, avoid this place. Otherwise, it's a good spot to chill at night while waiting for your flight. Food: It's slightly below average compared to other Burger King outlets. Service: With only one cashier counter, it's quite slow when there's a crowd. Atmosphere: It's located next to a food court.

RUDE, rude, rude! Do NOT give your money to this place until they train their employees better. They are part of the food court. My kid wanted a burger, but my wife and I wanted Singaporean local food. We bought burgers first and sat down. When we brought our Singaporean local food, they kicked us out because of something about "halal"??? We were too tired to argue, so we moved. It was an extremely bad experience for my kid, my wife, and me. Also, did I mention they purposely did not give me fries for my kid's meal? I had to go ask and show my receipt to get the full order I paid for. Do NOT give this rude business your money; they do not deserve it.

I decided to have a burger from this place, and my wife got food from another nearby restaurant. We sat together and were eating with our kid. A Burger King worker of Asian appearance kept telling us to leave the Burger King premises because my wife was having food from outside (food from the same food court, just a different shop). He was absolutely rude, and her accent was a pain to understand, but I well understood his tone. My question is, just because I decided to have food from them, do I have to sit separately from my family? Will never go to this place again.

Rude staff. I asked for a change in my order because the display mentioned all burgers come with fries and a drink. When the order was already taken, how could anyone ask again for a meal? At least it should be explained clearly before taking the order, or at a minimum, customers should be given a chance to correct their order.

Terrible customer experience. We bought fries from here and had coffee in hand from elsewhere, but they wouldn't let us eat the fries with the coffee bought from elsewhere at their tables. Burger King just lost my business for life.

The fish burger itself was great, with a nice crunchy texture and a thick fish patty. The fries were also fresh. The prices are a bit high when compared to American prices. I'm glad I was able to pay with an American card, though there was a small added fee. There's a lot of foot traffic coming and going, so it's probably hard to keep clean with the store being understaffed. They're typically busy, but the line does fluctuate depending on the airlines' schedules.

The food itself is quite good, but being at an airport, the staff can sometimes get a tad cranky. Perhaps it's a language barrier, or maybe it's just the pressure, but it's still a good place for a quick bite if you don't want to try the hawker street options they have.

With so many nice Asian restaurants around, Burger King wouldn't be my first choice. However, the place is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
