I asked for less sauce, but she emptied an entire bottle onto my sandwich and didn't even toast it. She also refused to let us have two separate transactions to get our free cookie. Terrible service and attitude.

How on earth does Singapore not have any gluten-free options? This Subway, which notes it has gluten-free options, has no wrap or bread choices and only offers a salad. When the majority of said salad is lettuce, two slices of tomato, and not much else, I'm not sure what's on offer. Modernisation might be in order.

They should either add more staff or consider shutting this outlet down. There's literally just one person handling bread reheating, stuffing, and payments. As a result, you experience unnecessarily long queues and extended waiting times.

Worst Experience service was ok but in my drink their is something when i opened the cover there is
Worst experience. Service was okay, but there was something in my drink when I opened the cover. I don't know what it was, but it's their duty to check the glass properly before serving. Maybe the pickles were also spoiled because they tasted bitter. Please serve properly.
