Long time no visit BK. To be honest, I was planning on McDonald's, but it was packed. BK only had one family inside.
Only one order machine was working, and a queue developed after me. The ambience was a bit sad, standard fast food, but it was so empty.
I tried the promo item, the Portobello Beef. My first impression was, 'That's it?' It was rather small for the price of ten bucks for the meal. There was indeed a portobello hidden under all that cheese, and at least it was decent cheese, not just a cheese slice. It wasn't filling at all. I think I would have been happier getting a Whopper.

Came here on a Sunday morning around 10:10 AM. I was surprised to see that most of the shuttle gates were down, with only about four panels open. This made me wonder if the establishment was actually open, but yes, I saw diners eating, so it was indeed open.
I placed my order at the self-service kiosk and then went to a table to wait. My order number was called by the machine, and I went to the counter. I had to guess my order as there was no order chit with my number on the tray. It was the only dine-in order at the counter.
Throughout this process, it was entirely contactless, with no human interaction with the service staff. In fact, this establishment seems to be very successful with no frontline service staff at all, running purely by a kitchen team. I liked the chilli pack as it was easy to tear.
Having said that, I do wonder if this establishment is infringing any fire safety rules by having only four shuttle doors open while allowing diners in. The store manager should revisit this issue, and perhaps top management should also visit this establishment!

I just went there to buy my burger meals and added onion rings. When I got home, the onion rings were not there. I was very disappointed after a tiring day at work. How are you guys going to refund or send the onion rings to me? I even tried to call, but there was no number for Burger King. What is this?

Which fast food restaurant makes customers wait over 40 minutes for their takeaway? Burger King does.
Service is very slow, from ordering to receiving the food. I was very frustrated buying from them. It's not just this branch at Paya Lebar Square; the ones at the airport and Kinex are equally slow!
It's not worth getting food from there. Even GrabFood and foodpanda delivery drivers shake their heads while waiting for their orders.
Unacceptable!

A quite decent breakfast for $15 for 2 pax. Service was polite and efficient. The breakfast burger and platter were not gourmet but acceptable. The bun on the platter was cold, but slightly warmer for the burger. Patties were tasty, but the eggs were rubbery. The tater tots or hush puppies were warm and crunchy, but had a processed potato taste. Good enough for a quick bite, much like fast food. I wouldn't go out of my way for this meal, but would consider it an option if there are no other alternatives.

Quite a decent Burger King outlet. I visited about a week ago for dinner around 10 pm. Thankfully, food options were available at that time. There were few diners, and the outlet was quite quiet. The burgers were served relatively quickly, but the staff mentioned they were still frying fries and asked me to wait a while. Although the wait was slightly longer, I had no complaints about the hot fries. However, the meat patty in the burger was quite firm and not very appetising, though the bun was warm. The cleanliness could be improved.

Delicious juicy burgers with lots of veggies, the Angus double patty is a must try plus whoppers too
Delicious, juicy burgers with plenty of veggies. The Angus double patty is a must-try, as are the Whoppers. Great meal savings with drinks, fries, or onion rings. The seats are nice and comfy, but sometimes occupied by non-customers, depriving real customers of seating space – staff should help with this. Service is fast and efficient, and they are very generous with sauces Great meal savings for $15/16!

Of course, the food is good. Sometimes they do take time to serve, but it's understandable given the demand. The atmosphere is just like any fast food place, with a public feel but still comforting.

One of my preferred fast food joints. I love their breakfast items. The croissant buns are very soft and the hash browns are really tasty. Compared to their competitors, BK's food is so much better to me, yet not as popular. Not a bad thing, I guess. I was here at 8:15 am and it was rather empty.

The Prosperity burger was sold out, so I settled for the next best thing: the Mushroom Swiss.
The nuggets were soggy, and the Tom Yum sauce was just 'meh'. However, the Mango Sticky Rice pie was nice, not too sweet, with the familiar sticky rice texture.
The BBQ Cheesy Trio Chicken was alright, nothing too special or particularly yummy about it.
The BBQ Cheesy Trio Beef was so-so, also nothing really special about it.
